Everyone here is always so nice helpful and professional. I need to use them for Christmas gift shipping and a TON of Amazon returns (what can I say, I shop a lot haha) They have cards and decorative shipping containers for sale and they are really hood at packing fragile items . They offer printing services. As well as mail box rental Anyway today I met a new trainee , D'uane. And I think he's gonna fit right in. I usually go to a UPS store downtown, and it is wonderful... They print off labels for me... And I'm sure a few times they've charged me like $.50. And that's fine but usually they don't. THIS store charged me three dollars per label. These are labels that are already pre-paid for by the company that I am returning them to. They did inform me that I would be charged for it, and I said that's fine... Assuming that it would be like $.10 or something. As I stood there, I watched another customer as he made a lady pay a dollar to drop her post office box with him even though the postman was coming any minute and he wouldn't even have to store her package. This guy nickels and dimes everyone and told me that he has for 20 years and that I should go to a different UPS store next time. And I said no problem I will never be back. read more

This is an update on my lost package. I never heard back from the UPS store as to what happened to my package with my medication in it. I had my daughter send another package USPS because I did not trust UPS to get it to me or even care that I never received the original package! USPS at least got it to me! I will NEVER use UPS again! Worst customer service ever! I doubt that they even tried to locate my missing package!! Frustrating service at this UPS store. I paid to print off 2 labels and was shipping my UPS items from the store, but paid to print a USPS label and the employee told me I wasn't allowed to leave the store with the label. I asked for an air envelope which is typically free and he said no, and then I asked to refund for printing the label he wouldn't give me and he let out a sigh and said he didn't know how to process refunds. He explained that in order for him to figure it out he was going to have to call the store manager, so I waited until he got instructions. Glad the store manager answered the call. I know for a fact there is no rule against leaving with labels, nor is it an issue if you send an envelope ground. He also told the people in front of me he couldn't start a tracer for them and they would need to call back Monday, so I gave them instructions on how to start a tracer and go through the claims process. I work with UPS and I am very familiar with their processes and rules, laziness from employees will not retain customers. read more

I took a small box of shoes to return to Nike. Worker claimed someone would need to print off a label. I showed him Nike instructions that clearly state label can be generated at ups store if they scan QR code. Worker acted ignorant on how todo such so I left and took to another ups store read more

I arrived 10 minutes before close on a Sunday to mail a package. I told Dean, the employee working that day, that I needed to print the label off for my return package. He said that it wasn't possible. I told him I had the file on a PDF; suddenly it became possible. I asked him how I could print the label, and he rudely pointed at the copy machine, saying, "Have it. But we close at 4pm." The copy machine was out of paper, so I couldn't print all the pages I needed. I asked Dean if he could reload the paper. He said they were out of paper. I asked if that was actually the case since there were reams of paper for sale. He said he couldn't help and was closing. He was needlessly rude and incredibly unhelpful. I've been a proud customer for over 5 years at this location and I've seen the old management turn over to the new management. I've never had a negative experience at this location but the new management here is awesome! Every time I need to send a package they find me the lowest price possible. I rarely have to wait long as they are expeditious with customers, yet caring. Wray (pronounced Ray) is terrific in going the extra mile. I put this store above all the rest in Dallas! Easy place to drop off my preprinted labeled UPS packages. In and out quickly. Location is easily accessible.

I was very hesitant to try this location due to the reviews but I really needed to mail Christmas gifts off. Went to UPS on a Sunday to mail of packages for Christmas. I was thankful that they were open from 12-4pm to help with the holidays. I walked in and was helped right away. The guy who helped me was friendly and honest about the shipping method before I chose which day of arrival I would want. Of course I paid more for guaranteed arrival date but I appreciate him telling me the pricing differences so I can make an informed decision on which day I wanted the gifts to arrive. I would come back to this location if I needed to mail some items off and don't feel like dealing with the post office. I'm glad I ignored the reviews and gave this location a chance. read more

I drop in this store often as near my house. I have never had anything but courteous friendly service there. I never heard of charging $1 to drop off a pre labeled package. They have even applied the label and printed my confirmation of sending. When I read reviews where people get their panties in a wad over something that no reasonable customer would complain about, I assume it's the person, not the business at fault. Use this store. Untrustworthy. I dropped off a UPS Next Day Air package on Saturday to be delivered on Monday. I dropped off the package in plenty of time for the Saturday pick up and I got a receipt. On Monday afternoon there was still no updated tracking information on the UPS web site so I went to the store. The manager went to the back and returned with my package. He said they had put it in the wrong place after I dropped it off. All he had to say was "sorry". This UPS store just cost me a bunch of money. read more

Absolutely terrible customer service!!! The two men working at this location are rude and could care less about their customers. I received an email notice from UPS that a package had been delivered in my name to this location. When I arrived I presented the email with the tracking number, my name on the documentation, along with a valid Texas driving license. Upon inspecting the information, I was told they could not give me the package because it was in my son's name. He is a minor, lives at home (same address) as me, and has the same last name. They would not give me the package. I called UPS and was told as long as the package is addressed to a person at the same address and with the same last name it is their POLICY to allow another person with the same last name and address to pick up the package as long as they had proper identification. The workers at this location would not give me the package even though I was in compliance with UPS's own policy. Read the other reviews. Unless you want to be frustrated by poorly trained staffers then STAY AWAY from this location. It is a waste of time and money! read more

The manager at this location is so rude! I had a package delivered to this store rather than my house. I set this up through MyUPS (which I pay for on an annual basis). I received a call from the manager who said I need to come pick up my suitcase immediately (something about no label on it). I was confused because I thought I had 7 days to claim the package and it had only been at the store a few hours. After he was very rude to me, I explained that it was a My UPS delivery change and he realized he made a mistake. 2 major problems here: 1)The suitcase was in its original manufacturer's package which was inside of a generic Zappos box. The only way to know that it was a suitcase would be if he opened the package. 2) he was rude. And when I got to the store and asked why he was rude, he got very defensive and argued that he was not being rude. When I asked why they opened my package this manager and the other employee looked at each other just dumbfounded. I can no longer trust the employees at this store. I am very disappointed because I used this store often. I will now take my business elsewhere. Terrible customer service, and to make matters worse, this guy is the manager! read more

Dropped two heavy pre-labeled boxes for return to Amazon. Only one box arrived - the other is still "lost". I lost $150.

I just want to preface this with I have never written a negative review. However, the behavior of a staff member named "Ken" treated me SO rudely that I almost left the store in tears. I came in trying to ship a package in the most economic way. I brought my own (reused) box and wrapping, as I have many times before. He immediately told me that I would have to pay for a box and for him to package it. I asked to please use my old box with my already wrapped item and he said he would have to use extra padding. I was asking if there was a cheap way to do this and he said sarcastically "absolutely not." He handed me the address to sign off on, and I said the name was spelled incorrectly and that it wasn't a big deal and he said in the MOST condescending tone "that's why we check it" like I was a 3 year old child. When he told me the total, I noticed it was a little high b/c it was UPS and not USPS and asked "is that the cheapest option?" He said, "It is here." Again, in a condescending tone of voice. He was talking "down" to me the entire conversation. I was in shock and disgusted that someone in a position that works with people daily spoke to me like that- totally unwarranted. I will NEVER go back to that store. UPS lost a long time and frequent customer in me. Will be going to FedEx across the street! UPS should do some better hiring at this location. They are clearly inflating prices based on their customer base. I was told it would cost $67 to ship a small package from Dallas to Las Vegas and have it there in 4 days. Priority Mail would coast $38 and it would take 5-7 days. I took it to the post office, was able to ship it in a flat rate Priority Box for $12.99 and it was there in 3 days. Shady. read more
