Apparently, the business sold at some point, to new owners and I've seen a price increase the past two years on my invoice prices. However, this year they are outrageous! When I asked why my invoices are over 750.00 dollars, now. I was told the 2 parts were hard to find. To make matters worse, I asked for my "paid for design" for my own logo and invoice work to be put on a JPEG. I wanted take my invoice somewhere else. I was told they didn't have it! I decided to price around and I'm happy to find my original pricing of 261.00 for the same exact print item, this even included the extra design fee, which I should've been able to get from Digital Printing! Now, either this new company is getting ripped off by their suppliers, or they are not treating the locals like they appreciate their business. I'm extremely disappointed. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but not at this kind of difference. I hope they treat others better than they did me.
