I was pleasantly surprised at how clean the place was and of the many washing machine and dryers it had inside that was almost like New in how well kept they were. The Laundromat opens early in the morning at 6:00AM, and it closes at 10PM. It has plenty of parking spaces outside as well as fast food restaurant near by for one to get a bite to eat while doing their laundry. It has an ATM machine in case one needs to get money as well as two change machine in case one needs change to work the top of the line commercial washing machines and dryers. It also has a laundry soap washing machine where you can purchase small boxes of laundry soap for individual loads of clothes. It also has special laundry wheel carts where you can place your clothes from the washer to the dryer, and the take the dry clothes to one of the folding tables to be folded. For your convenience it has clean Public Restrooms for you to use while doing your laundry as well as a soda machine in case you get thirsty. To entertain you while you're doing your clothes, it has several.TV that you can watch while sitting in one of the chairs provided. They have small and larger washers and dryers, that one can use depending in the size of one's laundry. The machines are very clean and there is a lady in charge of cleaning the dryer's filters daily and of cleaning the interior of the place. Just by observing all that I did, I have no hesitation in doing my laundry there and would highly recommend this place to all those who need to do there laundry in a Laundromat either for the time being or forever.

I've supported Digital Printing since I started my business, probably almost 15 years ago. Apparently, the business sold at some point, to new owners and I've seen a price increase the past two years on my invoice prices. However, this year they are outrageous! When I asked why my invoices are over 750.00 dollars, now. I was told the 2 parts were hard to find. To make matters worse, I asked for my "paid for design" for my own logo and invoice work to be put on a JPEG. I wanted take my invoice somewhere else. I was told they didn't have it! I decided to price around and I'm happy to find my original pricing of 261.00 for the same exact print item, this even included the extra design fee, which I should've been able to get from Digital Printing! Now, either this new company is getting ripped off by their suppliers, or they are not treating the locals like they appreciate their business. I'm extremely disappointed. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but not at this kind of difference. I hope they treat others better than they did me.

Well I like the ups store and people. I have to use the one on Franklin Rd. They always take care of me. I first started using them. When I had to return something to Amazon. I didn't know what I had to do to print the return label. But they were so nice just got my phone and did everything so I didn't have to do anything. I use them right regular. Today I had to take a VERY heavy package to the UPS store for drop-off, and I knew I wasn't able to carry it. I went in and asked if someone could loan me a cart to try to wheel it in, or otherwise help me. Tammy, who works in the store, came out and carried the box in for me, and I know it was heavy for her, too! I was very grateful for her kind assistance without complaining! Today when I visited this Staples I was heartbroken to find the store in disarray. Even though their prices were reasonable, the shopping experience was not. While some merchandise was neatly organized, others were not. Aisles were blocked with half-unpacked crates, making shopping impossible. There were no sales associates on the floor to assist customers. The employee in the Copy and Print Center was working while holding a dog on a leash and was unable to answer basic questions regarding service. The floor in some areas was dirty and unkempt. The store appeared to be going a transition with Party City, but the current state of the retail space is unacceptable. I asked to talk with the manager, and he was called but never showed up. Because I have trusted Staples for nearly four decades, I feel it is important to bring this up in my review. Not only to forewarn customers about what they can expect here, but hoping that management in Staples' Corporate Office, in Framingham, Massachusetts, reads this review and takes immediate action to address, with the local management, the maintenance and staff professionalism at this location, and rectify this situation. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I hope all this can be resolved so I can keep shopping here and truly recommend this store to other future customers.
