    Absolute worst service I've ever had to deal with in my life. The man working behind the counter was unbelievably rude and no help at all.

    The owner, Marcio Sene, was extremely unprofessional, and based on other reviews, it seems I'm not…read morealone in this experience. I came in to return 4 Amazon curtains that looked completely identical- same packaging and no labels to distinguish them. Marcio told me to "take it up with Amazon," so I left and spent 40 minutes on the phone with an Amazon rep. They reassured me several times that if I placed all the curtains in one box, UPS could process the return with a single label since they were all from the same order. When I came back to the store and tried to explain this to Marcio, he immediately cut me off, saying I had 10 minutes because the store was closing soon. When I showed him the QR codes, he raised his voice, repeating "one QR code per package" over and over and even started snapping his fingers at me. He kept saying, "Amazon knows the rules, take it up with them," in a very dismissive tone. I left the store feeling humiliated and upset. While I understand it was close to closing time and I may have been misinformed from Amazon, his rudeness, raised voice, and overall attitude were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I was also extremely frustrated after two failed attempts to return the items and a 40-minute call with Amazon that turned out to be a complete waste of time. Rather than showing any patience or willingness to help, he chose to be rude and dismissive. I will not be returning to this location, and honestly, the store would be much better off with a new owner.

    Went here today and as everyone else has already stated, Marcio Sene/Owner was incredibly…read moredisrespectful and belligerent. He seemed to enjoy it as he had smirks on his face while acting out with his rude behavior. I had 4 boxes in my arm and after returning one, I told him I had more returns. It was hard to miss. I stared at a minimum 3x, that I had additional returns. He still tried to skip to the gentleman behind me while I'm at the counter!!! I had to state loudly, Excuse me. I am not done. I told you I have more packages. He looked at me and smirked. It was a very deliberate action. Not to mention I'm visibly pregnant. He is a jerk and it's clear from all these negative reviews and the reviews on Google that he might actually enjoy mistreating people. I hope his store loses business until there is a new owner or until he learns how to treat people. It's unfortunate but I plan to contact UPS corporate to escalate my experience and the experience of everyone else. This is very serious and while this may be just one store, word of mouth is everything.
