The notary refused which I understand. Her rudeness I cannot understand. When I came in she was "outside" I was told. As soon as she came in the store, she started saying loudly, you have to bring your own witnesses. I had a friend who drove me, and I had asked another lady to witness and she agreed. The notary started loudly trying to talk the lady out of witnessing for me. At this point she had not even asked for my ID. I'm not sure if she just did not want to do the job or I had interrupted her outside break, but she was very rude! I won't be returning to that store.

I came in to return 4 Amazon curtains that looked completely identical- same packaging and no labels to distinguish them. Marcio told me to "take it up with Amazon," so I left and spent 40 minutes on the phone with an Amazon rep. They reassured me several times that if I placed all the curtains in one box, UPS could process the return with a single label since they were all from the same order. When I came back to the store and tried to explain this to Marcio, he immediately cut me off, saying I had 10 minutes because the store was closing soon. When I showed him the QR codes, he raised his voice, repeating "one QR code per package" over and over and even started snapping his fingers at me. He kept saying, "Amazon knows the rules, take it up with them," in a very dismissive tone. I left the store feeling humiliated and upset. While I understand it was close to closing time and I may have been misinformed from Amazon, his rudeness, raised voice, and overall attitude were completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I was also extremely frustrated after two failed attempts to return the items and a 40-minute call with Amazon that turned out to be a complete waste of time. Rather than showing any patience or willingness to help, he chose to be rude and dismissive.
