After some discussion about truck rentals Rick suggested that I pass on some of the heavy lifting to his crew. In the end they had locally picked up, packaged, and shipped my daughters belongings to a sister store near her new home. The receiving store warehoused the shipment and then delivered and unloaded into her new apartment on the date required. When we arrived the bed was set up, the furniture in place, boxes left in appropriate rooms ready to be unpacked, and shipping trash hauled away! Triple AAA service on both ends. Thanks to Rick and his crew for 1st class service at a reasonable price.

They retrieved the item from an antique store in Roanoke, securely packaged and double-boxed it, and shipped it for delivery. This fragile and heavy 170-year-old stoneware jug was perfectly packed and arrived quickly and safely. The quality of their work is excellent, and I recommend them highly.

I've been a loyal customer of Staples since its first Staples store opened in the Brighton section…read moreof Boston, Massachusetts in 1986. Today when I visited this Staples I was heartbroken to find the store in disarray. Even though their prices were reasonable, the shopping experience was not. While some merchandise was neatly organized, others were not. Aisles were blocked with half-unpacked crates, making shopping impossible. There were no sales associates on the floor to assist customers. The employee in the Copy and Print Center was working while holding a dog on a leash and was unable to answer basic questions regarding service. The floor in some areas was dirty and unkempt. The store appeared to be going a transition with Party City, but the current state of the retail space is unacceptable. I asked to talk with the manager, and he was called but never showed up. Because I have trusted Staples for nearly four decades, I feel it is important to bring this up in my review. Not only to forewarn customers about what they can expect here, but hoping that management in Staples' Corporate Office, in Framingham, Massachusetts, reads this review and takes immediate action to address, with the local management, the maintenance and staff professionalism at this location, and rectify this situation. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I hope all this can be resolved so I can keep shopping here and truly recommend this store to other future customers.

I've supported Digital Printing since I started my business, probably almost 15 years ago. I gave…read morethem business to print and design business cards and paid a design fee to create my 2 part invoice forms. Apparently, the business sold at some point, to new owners and I've seen a price increase the past two years on my invoice prices. However, this year they are outrageous! When I asked why my invoices are over 750.00 dollars, now. I was told the 2 parts were hard to find. To make matters worse, I asked for my "paid for design" for my own logo and invoice work to be put on a JPEG. I wanted take my invoice somewhere else. I was told they didn't have it! I decided to price around and I'm happy to find my original pricing of 261.00 for the same exact print item, this even included the extra design fee, which I should've been able to get from Digital Printing! Now, either this new company is getting ripped off by their suppliers, or they are not treating the locals like they appreciate their business. I'm extremely disappointed. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but not at this kind of difference. I hope they treat others better than they did me.
