The employees there are very friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient. They also offer Self Serve printing and copying. Their Hours of Operation are also very convenient. Many companies use FedEx when providing a postage paid return label to be able to return a product back with tracking number, to keep track of when they are delivered and refund credited to their account. I have used this service successfully many times. They included a FedEx postage paid label for me to return my old cellphone to receive a credit on the purchase of my new phone. So after packaging it at home in the box where my new one was mailed in, I affixed the label and came here to drop it off and get a receipt with the tracking number. Here it is Wednesday and I'm still waiting for my delivery. FedEx not doing their job on Saturday, caused my delivery to be stuck in Memphis, Tennessee by weather for two extra days. This is not the first time I've had this issue with this location. Considering that shipping is their main service, these guys are absolutely horrible at their jobs.
