It's extremely easy to use and upload images. It's like photoshop for beginners. They have an extensive selection of brands of shirts to choose from and from my comparison shopping their prices are on point. Any questions I had Scott could answer through a quick email or call. I received the shirts in around a week and a half. The quality of the print is fantastic. Non of that cheap stiff graphic printed stuff. These shirts you wear right away and were super soft material. Getting in contact with my representative was harder than it should be. They were not very professional to begin with. After placing the order, I hadn't heard anything for over a week. I checked back with my rep because I'm pretty sure they had forgotten we placed the order. Later that night, we got the proof of the order - which tells me that they had forgotten. The whole ordering process took three weeks, not the creation of the order, the actual process. When it was finally proofed, the work was sloppy. It was frustrating to have to check up on the company that is supposed to be providing a service to you. My representative seemed annoyed with getting in contact with me. They automatically changed our delivery status to pick-up, instead of being shipped. What if I wanted to ship out my order our offices out of state? They could have asked. When I went to pick up the order, I opened the door to their facility and just stood there for a few minutes. No one was at the front to greet customers, it wasn't very inviting, it was awkward. When the attendant came out from the back, they acted like I shouldn't be there, not welcoming. They didn't ask how they could help, they just looked at me. We would only order from Press Press Merch again because of the high quality product. If they change how the front of the house operates and the customer service of the sales team, we would consider returning.
