This review serves as a follow-up to our original review regarding our pool restoration project. We…read moresincerely hope that no other family experiences the frustration, delays and lack of professionalism that we encountered throughout this process. Our restoration project began with AquaPros in February. After months of delays, repeated excuses and unmet commitments, we were finally able to part ways once our pool liner was ordered and ultimately installed this month. Throughout our experience, we were repeatedly given inaccurate timelines, misled regarding the status of our project, charged for additional services that failed to deliver the expected results, and, most concerning, were met with an unprofessional and confrontational response from the owner when we attempted to address our legitimate concerns. The most important issue we feel prospective customers should understand is AquaPros' definition of "FULL SERVICE." According to the company, this terminology refers only to labor performed. However, after paying our invoice in full, our pool was far from fully operational. It was not clean, chemically balanced or functioning as a completed project would reasonably be expected to be; we literally were left with an expensive, concrete POND. Thus forced to hire a true professional to finish the work, restore the water to a crystal-clear and balanced condition, and ensure the pool was operating properly. During that inspection, the independent professional also discovered that our pool skimmer was cracked or, at minimum, that the damage had gone unnoticed or unaddressed during the liner installation process. This resulted in yet another unexpeced repair following what should have been a completed restoration. Prospective customers deserve complete transparency regarding what is and is not included in the services they are purchasing, so they can make informed decisions.

I LOVE everything about Pine Ridge including their plant quality, variety and (with one exception)…read moretheir customer service, including knowledge, advice and friendliness! HOWEVER, DO NOT RELY ON THE COMPANY'S GUARANTEE POLICY!!! I have purchased thousands and thousands of dollars worth of plants and merchandise from them in the past. Unfortunatly, I recently requested a replacement for a CLEARLY DEAD tree; a tree that was pointed out to them 6 months ago and was told to "watch it and see if it comes back". When shown the tree recently, I was asked to "PROVIDE THE PURCHASE RECEIPT" which I no longer have!!!!!!! I hope this was just the action of one "wrong-headed" employee and not a reflection of Pine Ridge! As mentioned earlier, the Company is, otherwise, ABSOLUTLY FANTASTIC!!! As they say, "One bad apple....".

From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and attention to detail were outstanding. They took the time to thoroughly diagnose the issues with my swim spa and explained everything clearly in a way that was easy to understand. It was obvious they have a deep knowledge of their craft, and they approached the repair with precision and care. What really stood out was their commitment to doing the job right--not cutting corners and ensuring everything was functioning safely and efficiently before they left. Their workmanship was top-notch, and the swim spa is now running better than it has in a long time. On top of that, they were punctual, respectful of my property, and left the work area clean when they were finished. It's rare to find technicians who combine technical skill with such great customer service, but David and Isaac truly exceeded expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of spa repair or maintenance--you won't find a more reliable or knowledgeable team. Thanks for all your help David!
