Apparently, the business sold at some point, to new owners and I've seen a price increase the past two years on my invoice prices. However, this year they are outrageous! When I asked why my invoices are over 750.00 dollars, now. I was told the 2 parts were hard to find. To make matters worse, I asked for my "paid for design" for my own logo and invoice work to be put on a JPEG. I wanted take my invoice somewhere else. I was told they didn't have it! I decided to price around and I'm happy to find my original pricing of 261.00 for the same exact print item, this even included the extra design fee, which I should've been able to get from Digital Printing! Now, either this new company is getting ripped off by their suppliers, or they are not treating the locals like they appreciate their business. I'm extremely disappointed. I strongly believe in supporting local businesses but not at this kind of difference. I hope they treat others better than they did me.

It's extremely easy to use and upload images. It's like photoshop for beginners. They have an extensive selection of brands of shirts to choose from and from my comparison shopping their prices are on point. Any questions I had Scott could answer through a quick email or call. I received the shirts in around a week and a half. The quality of the print is fantastic. Non of that cheap stiff graphic printed stuff. These shirts you wear right away and were super soft material. Getting in contact with my representative was harder than it should be. They were not very professional to begin with. After placing the order, I hadn't heard anything for over a week. I checked back with my rep because I'm pretty sure they had forgotten we placed the order. Later that night, we got the proof of the order - which tells me that they had forgotten. The whole ordering process took three weeks, not the creation of the order, the actual process. When it was finally proofed, the work was sloppy. It was frustrating to have to check up on the company that is supposed to be providing a service to you. My representative seemed annoyed with getting in contact with me. They automatically changed our delivery status to pick-up, instead of being shipped. What if I wanted to ship out my order our offices out of state? They could have asked. When I went to pick up the order, I opened the door to their facility and just stood there for a few minutes. No one was at the front to greet customers, it wasn't very inviting, it was awkward. When the attendant came out from the back, they acted like I shouldn't be there, not welcoming. They didn't ask how they could help, they just looked at me. We would only order from Press Press Merch again because of the high quality product. If they change how the front of the house operates and the customer service of the sales team, we would consider returning.

I used this place to order a professional stamp and embosser. I gave them a call and did the…read moreentire order over the phone. Just from talking to the people it appears to be a mom and pop type shop (not sure if it is though) because they were very friendly and helped me out. I had to have a special stamp made for NY State. They were very helpful, in terms of making up templates and sending over a test stamp for me to review. We did this all over the fax machine. Due to going back and forth with how the stamp looked the process took about two days to iron out, but no problems. After I made my selections, they mailed the stamps and embosser straight to my house. No need to ever step in the store. All in all a good place to get your professional items from. I bet if I went to the store, this would be a four star review.

I will say the owners are super friendly (say hi to the dog that hangs out in the shop!) and they do have a large selection of apparel and accessories. With the large Greek life presence on campus at Virginia Tech and Radford, there is definitely a need for a place like this in the area.
