Large deliveries have to be made by box truck with lift gates, and they need to take an alternate route. I had a few failed attempts with with other companies with the delivery and subsequent return of a fireplace order gone wrong. Security Transport was called by these other carriers each time to get the job done. The office staff is polite and helpful, and the driver Kenneth is the best! He arrived on time, took great care of my shipment, and followed my detailed instructions to the letter. Great company. Highly recommend!

Late afternoon Mike called and said would be delivered 27-Dec-22, and they would call me. No call, after mumbo jumbo was told someone would call me 27 to set up a delivery possibly for 30-December. After calling them and speaking with them I was able to get my order delivered today 27-Dec as told before. Driver was professional and courteous.

They just say "well, she dropped the ball this time...." As much as she drops the ball she should be off the team but apparently the big boss in West Virginia is okay with her being a thief!! This is the email I sent them this morning - they are terrible…read more Good afternoon - I need to let you know about the pretty horrible service I received this weekend. I ordered a car to drive my son from ROA to our home at SML and then to pick him up today, Saturday, to return him to the airport. I provided the guy my credit card and he assured me all was perfect for the 5:30am pickup today. I am glad I called to confirm, as they had no record of the scheduled ride - this is after the gentleman I spoke with assured me of the pickup, the time, and got my credit card and contact number. Fortunately when I spoke to Steve yesterday he apologized and we re-booked. This morning at 5:30am, no driver showed up. At about 5:40am the driver called to say he "got held up" and was running late. By the time he got here it was 5:55am and in rainy weather my son barely made his flight before they closed the doors to the plane. It was really poor service all around. Unfortunately this is the second time since Labor Day that this has happened as I booked a ride for my son-in-law from ROA to SML on Labor Day weekend and the exact same thing happened with me calling to confirm and there were no details saved - same exact story. I am planning to post this on yelp and other ratings sites as this is too much and really inexcusable. Should not be that hard to simply take instructions down for a ride as that's what you do - it should also be reliable and not risk missing a flight because a driver slept in by accident. Admittedly the quote came in a bit high so we worked together to scope the work to meet our budget. Shane and Hunter worked efficiently to complete the extensive work list in one day, but did not take any shortcuts to do so, even meticulously cleaning once all their work was complete.
