The notary refused which I understand. Her rudeness I cannot understand. When I came in she was "outside" I was told. As soon as she came in the store, she started saying loudly, you have to bring your own witnesses. I had a friend who drove me, and I had asked another lady to witness and she agreed. The notary started loudly trying to talk the lady out of witnessing for me. At this point she had not even asked for my ID. I'm not sure if she just did not want to do the job or I had interrupted her outside break, but she was very rude! I won't be returning to that store.

Today when I visited this Staples I was heartbroken to find the store in disarray. Even though their prices were reasonable, the shopping experience was not. While some merchandise was neatly organized, others were not. Aisles were blocked with half-unpacked crates, making shopping impossible. There were no sales associates on the floor to assist customers. The employee in the Copy and Print Center was working while holding a dog on a leash and was unable to answer basic questions regarding service. The floor in some areas was dirty and unkempt. The store appeared to be going a transition with Party City, but the current state of the retail space is unacceptable. I asked to talk with the manager, and he was called but never showed up. Because I have trusted Staples for nearly four decades, I feel it is important to bring this up in my review. Not only to forewarn customers about what they can expect here, but hoping that management in Staples' Corporate Office, in Framingham, Massachusetts, reads this review and takes immediate action to address, with the local management, the maintenance and staff professionalism at this location, and rectify this situation. I've been a loyal customer for years, and I hope all this can be resolved so I can keep shopping here and truly recommend this store to other future customers.

I called Customer Service and they told me it was cancelled due to my billing address and the shipping address being different. I confirmed yes because it's being shipped to YOUR OWN store. The lady told me the order was cancelled in error and I'd have to re-order it online again, which means the item wouldn't be delivered in the original time frame. On top of all of that I was informed it would take up to 7 days to get my money back. Never again. What a joke.

Took two hours to upgrade two lines to new iPhone 17's and lots of promises were made. After logging into my Verizon account at home my next bill forecast was over $400 and I had four new mystery lines that weren't associated with my account showing on my bill. Took two calls to Verizon and two hours of my time to get this fixed. Ultimately the last person I spoke to at Verizon fixed my issues and actually lowered my next bill to just over $200. Also lowered my future bills by $27 from what I was paying before upgrading. In the future I'll just call Verizon from the comfort of my home and not get involved with people who don't know what they're doing. Nice enough guys but obviously incompetent. Avoid unless you like getting screwed.

Commonwealth Computer Services came to my aide this past week when I had 2 serious problems. For the first, I called and made an appointment for someone to come to my house. I was sent a picture of the tech who would come, he arrived at the appointed time and did a terrific job. Two days later when it appeared I had been scammed online, I called and the same tech arrived in less than an hour. He checked everything over, found nothing amiss and put my mind at ease. I still have work to do with new accounts and password changes, but certainly know who to call again if I have problems.
