UPS has the most un user friendly website. The people that work for them at many of their stores barely speak English let alone understand! They continually lose packages . When you call their call center most of them are in some foreign country and are of NO HELP! UPS after they lose your package method for filing a claim is impossible! You give UPS a return address and the morons still return the package to their store you shipped it from! Avoid UPS Fed Ex and USPS aren't much better but even at that are 100x's better than UPS when selecting a Parcel service go with DHL they are the only ones who get things delivered promptly read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would! We have a box at this location for our personal and business mail, so I make daily trips here. The staff should be a role model for ALL service-oriented businesses. I am greeted (and all customers walking in are greeted) every time by staff. They are efficient, they are professional and they are quick. This UPS store is so busy, yet they never compromise their friendliness, you never feel rushed, and they are always offering solutions for your needs. The store is well-staffed, well-trained and even when there are lines, it's only because of the volume of customers they serve---but they keep the lines moving without compromising service. Warning, this will be a very lengthy review. My husband and I moved cross country in January. We initially were going to pay movers to move all of our belongings. My husband was told that it would be easier to ship a lot of our belongings via ups. Big mistake. We had some delays/complications with our flight and had to have family ship our items for us. I was on the phone when the transaction was being completed. We shipped at total of 13-18 boxes. I asked about insurance and was told that I could not purchase extra insurance. What they neglected to tell me and my family was, that you can only purchase insurance IF you pay for their packing services. Two weeks after we moved we had to return to California on an emergent basis to pick up our cats. I asked for a delivery date when our boxes were being shipped and was given one delivery date. We would be back in time to receive our packages. I kept checking daily the tracking info and noticed that my boxes had not moved for 3 days. I looked at the slip for my packages and they printed with a different date than what was quoted in the store. No big deal, we would be back in time. Again, I had flight issues, which meant I was set back a week on my trip. I contact ups customer service and get the dates changed. No problem. Except they don't change the date. I spent many hours trying to get the dates changed for delivery to delay a few days as NO one would be at my apartment to receive the packages. And finally get someone to help after many many calls over a span of several days. My packages arrive and they are DEMOLISHED! Packages arrived torn open, gouged and absolutely trashed. We bubble wrapped, used packing peanuts and padded with paper to ensure our belongings would be safe....75%-80% of our items were damaged. Spent hours over a span of several months, including contacting corporate, to dispute the issue. We spent roughly $2k to ship everything. Here is what we found out. You can only opt for insurance if you pay for their packing services. My family wasn't given the option, neither was my husband when he asked about their shipping services. My family did sign for the packages not realizing what they were signing (waiving the right to damages) because they were told just sign here. Ups stores are a franchise, customer service is useless unless you are the store. Corporate basically passed off my case to the store. I spoke to the owners who said they would help me and would make sure this was resolved. I sent in pictures of the items that were damaged and never received a response from either corporate or the store owners. The person helping my family swears they told them insurance was only available if you opt for packing services...I was on the phone, they did not offer me this service at all. The UPS delivery man explained that he'd never ship anything important with UPS because everything is put on conveyor belts. Your packages that say fragile? They'll get tossed around. And they will get tossed around in transit. I filed disputes with UPS and they picked up one of my packages (a TV) for their investigation. I never received my package back. Instead they sent the package back to the original store and if I wanted it back, I would have to PAY to have it shipped back to me. All in all, I'll never use UPS again for anything. I never heard back from anyone. I was given the I'm a business owner and my store is important speech and I will help you personally with this issue. Never so much as a all or email back. Also, apparently UPS has "guidelines" for shipping items according to UPS's specifications and no one bothered to tell us that either. read more

This UPS store is excellent! I had to return ATT equipment. The service was very positive and efficient. If you have to return equipment make sure it is a UPS Center. This UPS store printed 10 HUGE banners for us. I wasn't even aware that was something UPS did! The entire experience was great and the banners look amazing. They are very high-quality and will hold up nicely outside where we intend to place them. Megan, the store manager was responsive, professional and incredibly helpful. Didn't deliver my prime package I needed for my wedding because they couldn't access my house when every other person who has ever delivered something has always been able to reach my house. When I called to ask how I could get a hold of the package they told me I needed to read a note left at my door, when a note was never left at my door, amazon had just notified me on my phone that it has been sent to their store. Additionally, even after I mentioned it's a package I need ASAP for my wedding they were still short, rude, and not understanding with me. Pick fed ex if you can. read more

A smile is a foreign concept and saying "hello" appears to be painful at this UPS location. I am certain this can be improved if the staff were to be guided appropriately. I rarely use the UPS store for shipping unless it's important or needs to be someplace the next day. I went in to this location on 5/4 at 12:30 pm to ship a smart watch back to get fixed before my husband left for fire camp to gear up for this upcoming fire season. I was reassured by two employees that my package would be sent out that day. The next day I checked the UPS application to see if my package had arrived at the location, but to my surprise the package was never scanned in. So I called the store and asked if my package was still there and the manager told me yes that it was left on the packing table and never put on the shelve to be shipped out. The manager was nice and told me that this never happens but somehow it did happen. Now you can imagine how frustrating this is for someone who was reassured by two employees that it would be sent that day as I did pay for next day air. This was a watch that was issued through my husbands company and needs it to be back by Monday however that won't be happening since the UPS store never sent my package. Staff is untrained and lost. I'm currently having to pay an extra $100 in fees to the Department of State because of their untrained staff couldn't properly take a passport photo. What should have been a 4-6 week wait with standard processing is now delayed due to their incompetence and now I have to pay for sender and return overnight, new photos, and an expedite fee to still make my trip. This is on top of them charging an exorbitant amount for said incorrect photo. Don't go here for anything other than dropping off a pre-paid package. read more

Got different answers for prices when shipping my TV but when it came down to it I needed it shipped because we were moving and driving from california to Texas so we shipped it for around $280. We recieved our TV in about 7 days which was good. The box was torn in a few different places so we opened the box to find that our $3,000 TV was completely shattered. So unhappy. It literally looks like they dropped the box on the bottom. Then there's no one to call on Sunday so we have to wait to even start a claim. So frustrating. read more

I have been with this UPS store for 6 years having a mail box for my secure business mail and personal mail. The staff are very supportive and professional. Marcie and Julie have been my go to persons from the get go. These ladies know everything! They always greet me each and everytime I go in. They have helped me with business cards and brochure ideas. They also helped me with a banner for my daughters bridal shower. I can get my shreading done at this location.
