They offer various shipping and delivery options available, and the staff have always been super friendly and super efficient, making the lines move quickly. I've been here a few times to drop off packages, and getting it scanned and receiving a receipt doesn't take longer than a few seconds! I also love that they are open on Sundays! Remember that time I was forced to wait outside in 90-degree heat as the FOUR employees outside took their time helping three customers? I do! It was today. An employee with braids told me stand outside because they were at capacity and social distancing was required. Mind you, masks aren't required and she didn't even have a mask on. An elderly woman was also told to wait in the heat which was alarming, to say the least. In addition to that, service was SLOWWWWWWW. And even after I approached the counter WITH MY CODES, the same employee proceeded to call another customer forward and scan her code for her return right in front of my face. Wow, UPS. Recently I have experienced issues with this location where items that I am returning to Amazon are not being received by Amazon. It only occurs when I go to a particular agent in the store. I don't know if the items are not going into the return box, not being packaged correctly and being misplaced during shipping, or something else entirely. However I will no longer be using this location from my returns. read more

So glad to have stumbled upon this UPS store in Coventry Way in Clinton. It is clean, spacious and has wonderful customer service. I went in for notary services, called first and was told the time notary business took place. I arrived in the store and was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely efficient young lady named Starrand a star she was. She could not get my doc open to print and sign. She tried various ways so I left and came back with the doc to be notarized Mind you...notary services stop at 4:00pm. I call prior spoke to an extremely well mannered young man named Derrick, who said he would ask could I still be accommodated even though I would arrive late. The answer was YES ( where they do that at?) Came back after 4:00 and Miss STARR took care of me, she actually waited on me Talk about CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!! I also observed her and Derrick when dealing with other customers with just as much patience and ease as they did me! I'm giving this location 5- stars for the service I received today. I came literally right before they closed (Christmas Eve -eve...so definitely holiday season) and had like 6 or 7 Amazon returns (that were heavy) I had my child with me so I couldn't bring all the packages in the store with me. They allowed me to get everything scanned in the system and then Travis walked to my car and carried all of the heavy items inside for me. Not the fastest service. Something is always not working, either 1 system is down or scanner is down. Or they can't take Amazon returns or they can only take amazon returns. Line wrapped around the corner outside but only 1 person at the register. In the end I can usually get what I need done eventually either the same day or have to return. 3 star for convenience of retrieving my packages and dropping off Amazon returns. The rep knows my face and usually start retrieving my package as soon as I walk in the door. Good customer service goes a long way. :-) read more

I was lead to this location to fulfill a new employee requirement of getting a live scan of my Fingerprints. The service was horrible! No one answered the phone so I could check to make sure I could come in. Of course after I get there, the machine was down and was told to go another store. I ended up going back because I had no luck. Got there at 9:30 am. The machine is working but now I Was told the service I want is not available until 11 am. I've used this store before without incident so I decided to make another visit. Unfortunately it was NOT a pleasant experience. As soon as I entered the store (after waiting in the sweltering heat) the associate greeted me with disdain. Additionally, she refused to even try to use the reference number for my pre-paid shipping. Adamant that the UPS Store (which by the way has a partnership with the company I was shipping to) wouldn't accept my package then proceeded to ask me a series of questions which again led her to not accept my package. Nothing worked -showing the text message directly from the company with the reference number and instructions to go to the UPS Store, asking politely to check the reference number. I was instructed to purchase a box and/or call customer service to get to a shipping label. I left the store frustrated and embarrassed. I DID call the company and DID follow their instructions, the associate at the UPS Store was INCORRECT. Feeling vindicated and slightly petty I called the UPS Store to ask if they could accommodate my shipping needs (with the reference number from the company) and was cheerily told yes and asked questions to ensure the store had a box to accommodate my shipping needs. Due to the incompetence and poor customer service of this UPS Store associate I waste time and energy (driving to location, standing in line, fruitless exchange, being on hold with customer service, driving to different location, standing in new line). I will NEVER visit this store again nor should anyone who wants stellar customer service or to be treated with decency. read more

Nice people....but corporate should think a little more about this location. The resources at this location are sparce at best. I visited the Clinton UPS location twice just this week. The young lady working the evening shift was so efficient and pleasant. On my 1st visit Monday, 11/26, there were 3 ppl ahead of me and the UPS delivery man came in to drop off pkgs. She handled customer #1, asked the 2nd customer what he needed, and while saying good night to the delivery man remembered she had a document for him. Customer #3 needed his pkg weighed, so as she looked up the zip code, she handled my pre-labeled pkg and gave me a receipt to boot! I returned today, Thursday 11/29, with 2 pre-labeled pkgs. No line today, so we were able to talk. I asked if she was in "training" because the word was on her name tag after her 1st name and initial. She is in training! I complimented her on how I saw her move the customers out on Monday. And told her I had mentioned to my husband that if she was in training, she was remarkable! Her name is Armani J. Great employee and great customer service! She should be promoted as soon as she is eligible. read more

The manager Antionette whom happens to be the Notary on Duty refuses to do her job! She decides when she wants to help people and when she doesn't, & lies to coverup her unwillingness to do her job. I called in this morning, spoke with Latania to confirm that the notary would be in at 11:00. The notary failed to show up at 11:15...them I waited another 15 minutes, the asst. Mngr said "oh she'll be another 15 minutes...still no notary. Another 30 minutes, no notary. WTF? Why cant they just be straight about the fact that she's not showing up? This place is busy and extremely understaffed. I dont recommend this business at all. read more

When they advertise notary services but go in the store and they dont have notary. When asked when is notary available the clerk says their schedule varies and to call. So basically you do not offer this service and need to update your services. Major fail for owner. read more

After showing proof and stating the staff member who received my package, Kollen. I pronounce her name wrong of course. Ms. Kollen acted in a unprofessional manner as if because I pronounce her name wrong she wasn't the member that failed to enter my package in the system. I thought that the poor reviews of this store may have been slight exaggerations. After my experience yesterday, I can say with 100% certainty that they are spot on. At 10:36 AM, I uploaded a flyer to the store website for print (50 copies on regular paper, one-sided, color; no embellishments or extras) and pickup--the confirmation I received stated that it would be ready by about 3:30 PM that same day. I paid for it online, so all I was expecting to do was to run in, pick them up as a part of my scheduled errands, and be on my way. I arrived at the store just before 5PM only to be told that they had just pulled it up (sure enough, I see it on the computer screen) and were about to print it. Nevermind the fact that they'd already had over 6 hours to do it; fine--clicking the print button and having the massive laser printer shoot out 50 copies should take less than 5 minutes. Almost 30 minutes later, I finally snatched my copies off the printer and left as the very sassy employee popped off at someone on the phone. Never again. read more

This location is very rude and does promote customer service. The young man that answered the phone clearly needed some customer service skills and training. I have slip that states they will deliver the package again and when called they said I have to pick it up. Then he started taking care of others while on the phone with me and kept me on hold for 10 minutes when asked to speak with his manager. Matter of fact still on hold. Hopefully I will not have to use this location ever again and if the owner is reading this I really need to speak to him or her and I am still on hold. This is totally unacceptable. read more

The customer service at this UPS location was stellar. This Is a very busy store and there is often a line when I come in but it generally moves swiftly. The store reps are attentive and helpful. I can't speak for the other UPS stores but the one in Clinton, Maryland has given me the worst customer experience I have ever encountered. I shipped a TV to my daughter in Calif for Christmas in December of 2016. The TV was never delivered to my daughter and then the TV was returned to the UPS store in Clinton, Md. The TV was totally destroyed in the process. I have called and emailed the owner of the UPS store twice without getting any call back or acknowledgement. I have contacted the CEO's office of UPS in Georgia to try to get this issue resolved but I keep getting the run around. I will NEVER use UPS again - FEDEX or the USPS seems to be the better option. Excellent Customer Service if you need to have something notorized! Had to have some papers notarized and one was for my brother which I was the Power of Attorney for. The clerk reviewed the paperwork and seen everything was in order then notarized them with no problems. Unlike Parcel Plus in Clinton where the clerk displayed poor customer service! read more

Please try your best NOT to ship or receive any expensive items from this location. Especially if the workers are able to tell what you are shipping or receiving. I have had two expensive items nearly stolen by one specific employee at this store. Because I am one not to let things just slide, each time I demanded the owner or owner rep (because this is a franchise/privately owned UPS store) and have threatened to call the police. Today I filed a complaint with UPS. The crazy thing about today is while once UPS verified that my package was delivered here AND GAVE ME THE NAME OF THE WORKER WHO SIGNED FOR MY Apple Watch (and she happened to be the same person who took a package for me of some expensive glasses that disappeared for three days before I filed a police report so I could subpoena the camera footage ...and the package was mysteriously found), the white clerk claimed she looked ALL OVER THE STORE and the package was no where to be found. Claimed the young lady wasn't answering her phone. Once I started dialing 911, the young black man walked magically to where my package was found...like a miracle ... right? But get this, the whole time the other lady was "looking for my package," she started pulling out other packages that were mysteriously placed in "the wrong places.." Don't believe them when they try and tell you ITS THE DRIVER...BECAUSE AT THIS LOCATION, IT'S THE WORKERS IN THE STORE WHO ARE STEALING YOUR PACKAGES. read more
