I was totally disappointed at the service I received for a relative of mine at this establishment for past two weeks. She wanted to do everything herself. So we stopped by to mail a package. That went well without a hitch. Two stars for that. Downhill after that. She needed some return address labels made. They only had two sheets left at the time. so she wrote her name on paper (eg. Reverend Debra G.Smith) Payment was made. When she got home the labels had her address but NOT her name. It said " Reverend Debra". We went back and told employee that is not her name. No more labels they will be in Tuesday. Took her telephone number to no success. Went back the following Saturday and still no labels. I asked for money back as we had receipt. Was told it was not their mistake. I explained to them the word Reverend is a title like Doctor or Mr. or Mrs. So again they said the labels would come in on Tuesday and they would call her. Today is Thursday. I have choices, but seniors sometimes do not. Take your business somewhere else. Or do it yourself. read more

So, I need a notary and I get here and the notary is on vacation. I decided to go to UPS and when I mentioned Parcel Plus the young lady tells me that the Notary at Parcel Plus is always on vacation. Parcel Plus should be called Parcel Minus A Notary. read more

I tried to get something notarized with proper ID and they declined cause they listed my first name maiden name and married last name My license says first name middle name and married last name So ok no issue I can bring back marriage certificate if needed but your attitude was just f'd up Just f'in rude. I've used them to pack and ship many items, some of which were fragile, and they were all delivered undamaged and on time. I've received compliments about how well packed my items were. The shopping center it's in is a pain to get in and out of. read more

Very easy to send a package out here, just filled out the slip and handed it over. They do offer quite a few services, so you'll be able to handle some business needs at a relatively reasonable price. read more

My co worker went here thinking it was the post office, this guys took about $120 from her without informing her they are more expensive then the post office, told her the mailing will 70 cent per mail then sold her 49 cents stamps for 69 cents, we called the store to make an inquiry after the postmaster said we only needed 49 cents stamps, the man that answered the phone said his no under any obligation to tell us the truth "that his doing bussiness" we needed about $750 stamps in all. Will never stop there again since his no under obligation to TELL THE TRUTH and can take about $120 from his customer during Christmas without remorse. Poor customer service read more

Very poor customer service if you need something notorized! I was in need of a notary and seen that Parcel Plus in Clinton provided this service. I explained to the clerk what papers I needed notorized and one of the papers I had was for my brother for which I had a Power of Attorney giving me permission to handle his affairs. The clerk refused to notarized the papers and didn't give a reason. Than I asked him did he know where another notary was and his response was "Google is your best friend"! That really wasn't necessary. I ended up going to the UPS Store in Clinton. I showed them the same papers and they took the time to look at them and notorized them with no problem. As for Parcel Plus in Clinton, MD my husband used their service often to ship packages for his business but after today he will no longer be doing business with them. My suggestion is go to the UPS Store in Clinton MD. They are about 10 mins away and have excellent customer service! read more

The notarist was available and helped me with my Visa form. Great place especially since it was the third place I had gone even though the other two locations(UPS) stated a notary was available and they were not. read more

When I called ahead, the clerk told me that my package would be picked up at the end of the day. He also said that they could package the item in front of me. When I arrived two days later, the other clerk said he could package, but I'd have to wait while he helped customers first. In other words I could stay or leave but he couldn't wrap it right then. Also, I found out later that the package was sent out two days after I left it at Parcel Plus. It does not go out at the end of the day on Saturday unless it's express. They provided good service and were courteous, but didn't give me complete answers to my questions. read more
