    Are you kidding me?  This is the package that has my birth certificate in it.     Completely unprofessional.

    This is ridiculous. I took a day off to receive this package which had my birth certificate. I'm in the front room: No door bell, no knock on the door, anything. I called UPS and they assured me that the driver would return and I would receive a call within the next hour to confirm the return. I never got the call. The next call I got was from the supervisor (Who was professional and nice) who told me my package was at the center after making 3 attempts to drop off my package. I told her that wasn't the case, but she ultimately said there is nothing that I could do and that I would have to pick it up. What a letdown. I will *ACTIVELY* look to use any shipping company other than UPS. ***Update: 3/14 - So, I drove all the way to damn near Mexico to pick up my package. I ask the guy for the supervisor because over the phone, she said she would personally hand me my parcel and allow me to make a complaint. The guy told me that the "supervisors were here" but later reneged after hearing my issue. The guy goes to the back and comes back with this dilapidated package before sliding it to me. You can tell it was on the ground or dropped due to the wet spots and dirt marks. I asked him why it looks in the poor condition it was in, and his reply was: "It's an envelope. It happens." I told the guy I wanted to make a formal complaint after I was told by customer care on the phone that I could do it at the site. The guy told me he would not be able to have someone speak to me until Monday. Lies. Unprofessionalism. Disgraceful. I will NEVER use these folks for any type of shipment again.

    Package was supposed to be delivered two days ago. It's been sitting there saying "in transit" for two days. Keeps saying it will be delivered by the end of the day. Called and can't get a hold of them. Now it's the weekend and I can't even go there because it's closed have to wait until Monday! Worst service Update: Received my Tv..... Completely SHATTERED!! Thanks a lot UPS you have officially outdone yourself. You guys need to do some rehiring ASAP. This is ridiculous .

    Would put zero stars if it was an option. Ordered a phone from t-mobile last week. I was not home when they tried to deliver it due to being at work. When I went to go pick it up from the customer care center I received an empty box. The box had clearly been tampered with, opened, and then sealed shut again without the phone inside. The employees were rude and extremely unhelpful. They wanted to get in my face and put their hands in my face when I was trying to address the concern of someone at this facility having taken my phone from the box. Would not even here us out or try to help us address this concern just wanted us to get out of their hair. They are all thieves and liars at this facility.

    I paid for overnight delivery. My package was set for delivery the next day. From the tracking process, I saw that it was on schedule for overnight delivery on Wednesday, 11/16/22. An hour and twenty-five minutes after it was out for delivery my delivery status changed to "Your Package Had An EXCEPTION". It stated that my street number is incorrect and they were trying to update my address. I immediately called the store I purchased it from to verify my shipping info which was correct. The store customer service said they would email UPS to inform them the address is indeed good. Then 7 hours and 7 minutes later they supposedly reattempted to deliver and again updated the status to say "The street number is incorrect". I contact the store I purchased my item from and they once more sent an additional email verifying my address was correct. Every time I called UPS directly I'm put on hold & disconnected. Here I am five days later and in between the 17th and today the 21st there have been no further attempts at delivery updated in my tracking status. The refund policy of the store I purchased my item from is 7-10 business days so if not delivered by tomorrow I will just cancel my order.

    Wow!! A "1" star review average is pretty bad. Shame on you UPS for all the crappy service you provided all these 1 star reviewers! I will contribute to this trend of bad reviews. I paid $629 in shipping fees of vinyl flooring from Costco. They dumped/delivered 63 boxes in front of a PUBLIC driveway of 10 garages. $3000 worth of flooring, which did not require a signature. I tried calling the day before and the day of delivery and Frenesis said ups will call me when the truck is in the vicinity. I then get a call from Nessa that the load was delivered in front of the garage. NO CALL TO INFORM ME THEY WERE IN THE AREA! My plan was to take a break from work to drive the 10 minutes to my condo to open the garage. When my husband got to the garage, the boxes were stored sideways, torn boxes, and stacked in crooked position in the HOT sun!!. These are vinyl flooring planks that should NOT lay on their side to to warping. I called to complain to UPS Customer service, spoke to "Sam" who said she will escalate the call so i can speak to a supervisor. No call back yet!! Called Costco customer service who was wonderful in trying to refund me the shipping fees. They will also escalate the problem with UPS. I advised them to start using a different shipping service!! Can u imagine of UPS lost Costco's contract?!?!?! I will escalate this complaint to UPS!! Here r the pictures of these valuable vinyl flooring planks that are poorly stacked and dumped off in a shared driveway. Cars could have damaged this product since it compromised the driving lane to their garage!

    Why can't the delivery drivers comply with simple requests/directions. This was this morning's delivery, and this is not the first time.

    This is what I encountered this morning. It is truly amazing that someone cannot comply with simple requests/directions. Is this the kind of service these delivery companies promote. Whatever happened to customer service, manners, or just basic common curtesy. There's a table with a note asking to please place packages on the table is that really to much to ask, and this isn't the first time either. I can truly say that in the year that this table & note has been posted I've had my deliveries placed on the table maybe twice. It just blows my mind how inconsiderate these delivery people are. And it's not just ups, it's All of these delivery companies including usps. I can go on and on but I hope you all get my drift.

    pros...they SEEMED to have good customer service and products…read more cons...they DO NOT HAVE good customer service or products. we recently had got enough courage and money to spend on business cards. we were printing them in house for the longest time, until we finalized our business logo and such. then we got a local company to print them out for us. they seemed to have reasonable prices, good quality graphics and have good customer service too. they sent out a nice sales person who brought out samples of their products and we were duly impressed. we thought about it and finally made our decision to get the business cards made with them. we put in the order, had our logo and the cards pdf'ed to the company. took forever, apparently we needed to get the newest publisher software or we couldn't send it over to them...so we bought that. then we got our proofs back, and the printing on them was the wrong font. that took a while to fix. got the second proof back, which looked good. and then had them printed. oh the fun, first it took an extra week longer then expected. second the printing was all messed up. one of our massage therapists' cards had a deformed letter on all 1500 cards. another set of cards were not centered correctly. another one had some minor surface finish problems on most of the cards. we called them to tell them the problems. it took a long time to get a hold of them. they took back the cards with the deformed lettering, and only gave us 500 cards so far, and they haven't picked up the rest of the cards which are not centered correctly. this is after many phone calls and many promises to pick up the cards. needless to say we are not going to have anything to do with this company again!
