The Latino guy there is always very rude. I tried to avoid this location as much as I can just because I don't enjoy his attitude. Rude, crude, and socially unacceptable! I have gone into the UPS before to ship crates with no problem. Why the manager/owner/operator needed to get involved in the matters that were already been taken care of by the young helpful people that were already working there. She feltThey need to question what was in my packet and then kept jumping in the conversation while she was helping another customer. Great location! Excellent customer service. I came here years ago to have a picture printed and sent off to be canvassed and everything turned out fantastic. The owner is very professional and helpful. I've witnessed her and her staff be very kind and courteous to all customers upon every visit I've had. This is the first time I've had amazing customer service at a copy and ship store. Marissa, and her manager Felicia took the time to walk through the options for my request as well as all the pricing for those options. I was impressed with the variety of print options here, they can print my business cards and also photo canvases and they can create and send customized direct mail to all my clients. These two ladies were not just printers, they helped me come up with marketing ideas for my business that will get me new customers quickly. Felicia was incredibly helpful, turned our invitations around quickly and did a wonderful job. WOW!! The owner Felicia and her staff went above and beyond to help me out. We had just had a death in the family and my father and I were in Indiana to take care of the estate. We did not have access to a fax machine or printer and a banker told us about the UPS store. When we arrived, Felicia and her staff put us at ease with their excellent customer service. She was able to help us with all of our printing/faxing needs. We completed all the contracts and paperwork and returned to the UPS store the next day to find Felicia locking the door to close for the day. She recognized my father and I and reopened the store to assist us!!! She was so gracious and patient, what a lady!! If you need anything from UPS, this is the store for you! If I could give this place no stars I would. The postal service is better & I never thought I"d ever say that! Felicia Bell is just about the most inept, rude excuse for an employee I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with! Rent a box there & pay an outrageous price for that "privilege" & see how many of your pkgs are mistakenly given to others who also rent boxes who NEVER return items they received by mistake! But if you receive someone else's pkg & you phone in to tell Felicia you'll be returning it since I'm not a thief-she'll tell you to bring it back immediately! You don't hear thank you for being honest-unlike the thieves who rent boxes there! $420.00 a yr to be treated like trash! Like I said-if I want to get that type of treatment I'll go to the USPS & pay far LESS to rent a box & get dumped on! Also- after Felicia gives your pkgs to someone else& you've already confirmed it was delivered there & Felicia signed for it- she'll say "we'll be on the lookout for it"! This is AFTER she gave your pkgs to someone else. Best one was an Xmas gift last yr she gave someone else-leaving me to hustle up another gift to replace it! I could go on & on but you can see the ineptness & ambivalent attitude of Felicia. By the way- before I signed up there to rent a box- I checked online for the rates specifically at THIS location since it was the closest location. I did NOT check the rates at ANY OTHER location. Felicia said the prices I quoted were not for that location. Online price for this location for one year was$144.00. This was last yr-2018. She said the yrly rate was $420.00! What do you get for this outrageous price? Migraines, escalated blood pressure, ulcer acting up-having to rein in the basic instinct to erupt like a dormant volcano that is overflowing with way too much of her crap! Don't you DARE complain. You'll piss her off if you do! From reviews I've read about other UPS stores this is the typical treatment you receive after they charge insane rates to rent their boxes. Like other reviewers, I also say go to the USPS where it's so much cheaper so it's not as bad to deal with inept,rude employees!
