I reached out to the original company who did the work and explained what we wanted to revise, and the previous company basically just gave me a quote to replace a bunch of our existing uprights to complete this revision (instead of trying to find some other solution for a previous customer of theirs). I then reached out to a few more companies and came across AK material handling. I sent an email to Matt and he replied right away. I explained our situation and instead of just telling me no that wont work he took time to get me in contact with a reputable company closer to our location whom can do this type of custom work. Although the sale is not going through AK, just the fact that Matt took the time to respond quickly as well as providing some a solution was greatly appreciated. As of 3/6/2021, as variants are spreading like wildfire in Carver county, I walked in to find the postal woman with her mask around her neck. Apparently, SHE NEVER WEARS IT if there are no customers, and even then, she didn't pull it up when I came in. I can't even imagine the ignorance it takes to not understand that droplets from exhalation hang in the air for hours. Hours. HOURS. Not only is she pulling every single person in that tiny space at risk, she is putting herself at risk. I'll not put another foot in the door until I get my vacinnation, and even then, I'll never look at them the same again.
