4 Stars for super friendly service and quick delivery on a rushed order…read more I went online to order three mounted posters, but the FedEx website was giving me an error on my downloads, so I called the store directly. Jacqueline helped me out and gave me an email address to send the order and gave an enthusiastic yes for having them delivered in two days to a local address. She was super friendly and helpful! After I emailed I called them to pay over the phone and was assured the receipt would be sent to my email afterwards. I just reached back out because a few days later to get the receipt that never came... crossing my fingers I don't have to call! Overall, very satisfied as the posters were delivered on time and the service was really positive and kind!

This was a few months ago, and they told me that the insurance period had expired. This is fine, and I understand the policy. HOWEVER, I am entirely disappointed in the way one of their employees handled the situation. I was pleasant to him and he responded with rudeness. It felt like he was speaking down to me, and had a terrible attitude about the whole situation. Their customer service needs a total upgrade. I left crying because I felt so disrespected. Postal Pal in Goose Creek…read more I had a bad experience, very, very poor customer service. We always try to support local businesses in our town and so we can take this business off our list. One of the services that they advertise on the front of their building is making signs. I took in a small already fabricated metal sign on Thursday with a copy of what we wanted to put on the sign. I went back in on Tuesday mid morning just to see if there was any progress the and if they had a proof. They lost the sign in the store so I stood around for 30 minutes while they looked for it. Then I was told another employee will be in at 10:30 that may know where it was so I decided to head back over at 10:45. Once in the store, I was totally ignored by the lady that was the one that actually took my order. She was within 6 feet from me, didn't say a word and she went straight to the back room never to be seen again. That left one lady at the counter, waiting on multiple customers as they came in while the gentleman was preoccupied with something else. I was able to get his attention after 30 minutes and asked him if I could speak to him in private. That other employee ended up showing at 11:30 went back behind the counter and then all of a sudden the gentleman reached up on the shelf and I heard him say here it is. Handed it to her, and then she came over, laid it on the counter in front of me. No apology ! They just continued to go about their business.
