Seriously tell me this location isn't THE BEST postal service store you've ever been to, I dare you. I came in, SO MANY times to just get samples of my invites and despite being so annoying they've helped me every time and did so with so much patience. They're extremely relaxed and I don't feel an uptight or stressed out energy when returning items from Amazon or asking for anything that might sound silly, which is a big plus considering how busy they get-- and I appreciate it! First off I've never seen so many employees inside a UPS store. That being said walked in there were a couple customers already being helped Walked right up to the counter for my turn immediately. Turned in my shipping item scan the QR code on my phone and I was out within three minutes. Very fast service of course and a lot of staff in case you have quite a bit to ship. Usually have no problems dropping off Amazon returns, but today Tony wanted me to pay $20 for a shipping box when Amazon states that there are no shipping charges. Keep in mind, the items were already in their own shipping boxes. Instead of trying to help resolve the issue, Tony tried to sell me a cardboard box for $20. Or I had the option to pay $7 to tape the two boxes together. The manager Andrew did nothing to help me, he just kept working. I asked for the district number so I can file a complaint and never recieved the number. Your job is to help clients, not force us to spend unnecessary money. Never coming back here again. read more
