Even if it's just the usual sit and take a picture thing, staff explained the process...good customer service! This location was clean and practicing Covid protocols. If there's a zero, I didn't put 1 rating this two staff members, a man & and a woman at the counter when I approached them on the above persons, are not approachable & helpful. I ask twice to assist me to make a photo copy of my document 'coz I don't have a printer. I'm 68 years old and didn't know the technology. I lost my eyeglasses on that day and can't see of theirs email address while pointing on the wall. I don't know what to do. Still, I approached the girl but still she ignore, in short, they are rude. I HIGHLY recommend the UPS Store and specifically Aracely. I went there to get fingerprinted and to return an Amazon package -- I received above and beyond service! My fingerprinting was quick and went through without any issues! My amazon return was a different issue because I had a Kohls QR code. Aracely had me cancel the return but when I went back to get a UPS code, the amazon return would not go through because I was over the window of return. Aracely had me call and after talking to a representative, they apologized but said they could not take my return because I was over the window. I explained this to Aracely, who then called amazon for me! She was able to talk to the representative and through her ABOVE AND BEYOND persistence, she was able to convince the Amazon representative to send me a UPS QR code! My return was processed without any issues. When I had already given up, Aracely made my day! Thank you, thank you for all that you do for the customer! read more

With the holiday rush and the post holiday returns, it was nice to see this store running efficiently! Lines can get long because it is such a small store, but their attentive staff can usually get to you in no time. Prices are pretty standard.. the usual. Anthony has been very helpful with my previous messages and email orders. Replies in a timely manner and very informative with questions regarding services, pricing, and time frame. Other than it being a small store, parking isn't the greatest during afternoon/dinner time when the surrounding businesses get busy. read more

I had a need to get a signature notarized. Decided to search for a place near work. I found this UPS store that said no appointments necessary. I drove out at lunch time. Parking lot was a little small, but squeezed into a spot. I was greeted immediately by a lot of positive energy from the staff. I explained that I needed a signature notarized and they said step right up. They took care of me promptly with a smile and great conversation. I need to give a shout out to Tiffany (hope I read the name tag correctly) - she is an absolute gem. Could not have had a better experience for such a mundane task. read more

Warning !!! Stay away from these pirates. Wanted to send some cookies to some friends for Thanksgiving so in I went to do the shipping. I was stunned when the girl told me it would be over $200 for overnight. She then quoted me $127 for guaranteed 2 day delivery. Mind you, this is a 3lb package about 12"x10". I was out of time and short on options so I paid the $127 .....but wait!! There's more!!!! Pulled out $127 in cash and she told me that the $127 was just shipping charges and there would also be a charge for the box and bubble wrap. Total cost: $138 and some change. I know these businesses are mainly a convenience and need to make money but I got totally gouged. They really mark up shipping on top of what the shipper would charge. If I had gone to the Post Office I probably could have shipped it overnight express for about $40 or if I had gone to UPS in Gardena directly it would have no doubt cost a lot less. So if you are returning an item bought on line and have a prepaid return shipping label this place is fine but if you want to send something on your own dime go to the Post Office or UPS or Fed Ex direct. read more

Yes, I have to agree with others, this is the best UPS Store I've had the experience of using. Always helpful, always friendly, and always get me in and out the door in record time. Maybe it's quick because they want to get rid of me. Whatever the reason, it works for me! No, I'm kidding. I'm too nice, so it has to be that they are just good at what they do. And they are. You'll pull up to the place from Carson St and you can park in a couple of parallel spots on the front but it's better to drive in around the back where there's a regular lot. read more

I frequent to this location and I just want to say, everyone has always been awesome every visit. There's hardly a time when they're not busy and I see them taking care of all the customers at ease. They're professional and pleasant. Their prices are reasonable in my opinion. I can't complain for a superb experience and transaction. My packages are always handled with care. Parking gets packed at times so just be patient because it is a shared parking lot with other businesses. If anything, try your luck with street parking. read more

By far, thee BEST UPS store I've ever been to. Workers are always friendly, efficient and I've been there multiple times to know that their great customer service is consistent. It is also located conveniently near my house. Nice plaza but parking can suck as they only have 2 designated spots for themselves, but you can park on any vacant spot or on the street. If I ever need to go deliver mail, I only and will always go to this one (honestly hate going to fedex or the post office). Also, super easy to return amazon items. Just have your barcode ready. read more
