By far, thee BEST UPS store I've ever been to. Workers are always friendly, efficient and I've been there multiple times to know that their great customer service is consistent. It is also located conveniently near my house. Nice plaza but parking can suck as they only have 2 designated spots for themselves, but you can park on any vacant spot or on the street. If I ever need to go deliver mail, I only and will always go to this one (honestly hate going to fedex or the post office). Also, super easy to return amazon items. I come into this store every couple of weeks and the staff is always so helpful and kind. Usually it's just to ship out items or returns, but they've been wonderful with other services as well. Always come make returns to the ups. Today I accidentally think I packed my retainer in some pants I was returning and the men were nice enough to rumble thru packages to find it. So I can check and see if it was in there. I truly appreciate it because retainers are so expensive. Today I had to ship out a very rare and expensive lithograph, signed by one of Disney's famous Imaginaires. I was worried about how I was going to package it. I came to the UPS store in Carson and the staff that was beyond helpful. Tony assisted me in packaging this thing, so well, I was very impressed, he help me make the labels and we sent it off. First off, what right does this store have to open my package? It is Friday, September 30th and I go into this location to pick up my package. I give them the tracking number, show my ID, the whole shebang. They can't find my package. Looking for about 5 minutes, the manager goes "check the one that's on my desk" and sure enough out comes my package. They charged me $5 to pick it up. So, on top of the $104 I paid, just to ship my item, I paid the extra $5 to even pick it up. I reach my car and go to open my package. It's been opened and resealed with a single piece of packing tape. The original tape was perfectly cut with a box cutter/blade of some sort. I am furious! The staff here definitely needs more training as well. There was about 6 or 7 workers there and not a single one of them was aware of what was happening in the store. I was watching one of the workers load a dolly with packages to see them handled so poorly. Even witnessed a Princess House box being thrown onto the dolly. I pray that persons stuff didn't break. After this experience, I will never ever in my life use UPS again. read more

Came here to have books bind. And the guys are so responsive and work fast. The work is good but missing one hole spot and bind in the wrong side with Math. My instruction, with sticky note is written where to bind. But..... Its alright still work good. The price is also reasonable and finished the same day. I'm just glad I came here. As I went to local print shop near me and support by letting them have one of my book for binding and still not finished after 1week and I payed double for 1 book bind. The service was excellent. I needed to print out 200 colored pages, front and back, of a project I was a working on. I didn't get the names of the three gentlemen that assisted me, but they were so helpful. My card stock was not going through properly & they had so much patience in readjusting the paper so that it could print properly. I went to Office Depot the day before to see how much they charged & it would have cost me well over $800 to complete a copy job of 400 pages, colored, front & back. At UPS, I was charged $500 LESS than Office Depot. Thank you UPS for excellent & money-saving service. read more

This is the first time that I have gone here. I had to return my DirecTV box back to AT&T. When they say how easy it is to return the cable box, they weren't kidding. The first thing I noticed was that they had 2 parking reserved spots for the UPS store. It's great that they have this because this place gets real busy especially being surrounded by great places like Churroholic, Hiccups, and the Crab Shack. I was quickly greeted as soon as I walked into the store. All that I needed to provide was my name and they were able to locate my account quickly. I didn't even have to worry about wrapping or boxing up the equipment. This literally took a total of approximately no more than 10 minutes. This UPS store charges $3.50 to print their own UPS label. I went to FedEx down the street and they printed the UPS label for free. What they charge for boxes is also ridiculously high and most of their staff don't know the meaning of customer service read more

Had the receipt, the shipping address, and the items but asks me to print out the label that was not provided to me in which they had in their database somewhere, because they cannot ship it out without the label. What? Asks me to call customer service so they can send it to their store email so they can print it out. I call customer service and they said to go to the nearby ups store so they can print it out. ..... Super unhelpful. read more

I frequent this UPS store at least once a month. Service and quality looking professional looking store and signs in the door are a plus. Since everyone likes clean windows. I rate them a four. I just hope that the tape and adhesive close to the door handles get removed once in awhile. read more
