I only use the notary service here when I must. The notary has been, on each of the last three visits, very rude. Today he accused me of taking one of the forms he had signed, because neither of us could find it. I demanded he play back his surveillance video, and he refused. I pointed out he has bad reviews on yelp (where did they go??) and his bad attitude and in my case unwarranted accusation were probably the reason why. He backed off, but would not play the tape. I bet later, when he finds the form somewhere, he won't admit his error. In any case, I wish someone else would recommend a good notary who is at the shop a lot (many places notaries seem to be in/out all day). I would switch if I had a better option! the customer service here stinks! the owner/mananger was rude and didn't offer much except to keep saying that he would not be able to deliver the package. He asked in a rather brusque manner if I had opened, the package and as I was writing on the box that it was refused and to return to sender, I accidentally scratched out the UPS tracking code. As he watched me do it, he then stated "well now I can't send it for you". I know the UPS stores a few and far between, but if you don't want to be insulted then turned away because they can't deliver a measly box, then it would be better to try some other place. I'm not sure why people are giving this store a bad review because UPS screwed up. It's not these guys. I do a lot of shipping, and it's always prepaid and labeled and these guys are quick to take my package and give me a receipt. Always very friendly. They will accept usps mail too but no receipt. read more

As part of my cross-country move, I needed to ship a handful of boxes to the East Coast. Not knowing much about most cost-effective sizes and methods, I just packed up my bedding and other items for shipment in the boxes I had at home. Owner Morey Dibaj was most helpful in reducing my costs by suggesting we cut down the boxes I brought in to a smaller size. He had a special tool that perforated the box to allow for it to be folded in a new place, transforming the dimensions. The cost of the reduced boxes was less than half what it would have been if we had left everything as it was when I brought it in! I really appreciated Morey's help in keeping my costs as low as possible, and the great customer service he provided! He went above and beyond! read more

I did a livescan there for California Credentialing. I was told by staff that if I had any problems with scan not going through they would help and redue it. Got a letter from the CTC that they never received the scan. Came back with receipt and live scan form. At first they said they would redue it I refilled the firm again and just as we were about to rescan I'm told I have to pay because the owner wants a letter from DOJ. Gave me a number to call it was all recordings and none to speak to. The owner Jen was not offering any assistance and wouldn't accept the letter of the California Teacher Credentialing. They did not tell me that at the time of the first scan that I needed a rejection letter form DOJ that I never received. Then when I left they said they are keeping the form with all of my personal information. They just left it on the table in plain site. I asked them to destroy it. They wouldn't give it to me. I had to insist to see them put it through the shredder. They put it inside something that I hope was the shredder. The most horrible service I could receive from a store. read more

Came in asking for a UPS Express envelope which I had prepaid label for. Tall guy with glasses kept telling me that they aren't "a supply store" and that I could only get one when I am ready to ship. First, he needs to take a look around and realize that the they ARE a supply store and second, he needs to understand that UPS Express envelopes, that he gets from UPS for free, cannot be used for anything else, but to ship with UPS Express. read more

The owner, Sash, made a special trip into the store on his day off to fingerprint my son for a job application. I've been a regular for a long time, and have always found the service way above average, but the team just blew me away with this one. When I need to visit another UPS Store for convenience, the experience just never measures up. David C. is exactly right that Maury and Sash know most of the regulars and greet them by name, and when they hire additional staff for the holiday rush, they make sure to train people well. Great advice, over-the-top helpfulness. I consider these guys a valuable part of my neighborhood. read more

This is my favorite UPS store, Michelle was super helpful and is always friendly. She helps me to get the right packaging to ship my item and offers suggestions on ways to save on materials and shipping costs. They have a selection of products for sale that I enjoy browsing through while waiting when it's busy. When my home printer was down, their printing services were easy to use and I was even given a short tutorial on how to produce what I needed. read more

I went in for some help on a Saturday afternoon and the service was very quick and pleasant. There were two employees and both I and the other customer that walked in after me were greeted as soon as we entered and both employees dropped what they were doing to assist us. I called ahead of time to ask if they accept AT&T U-verse modem returns and was told yes so I headed on over. They helped me return the modem and gave me my receipt as proof of returning it in case AT&T doesn't receive it. They were very friendly and tend to customer needs quickly. read more

GREEDY LIARS! They refuse to take any responsibility for my package that was damaged! I live in IL and shipped it from here back to my home. Not only was it damaged, it had to be returned to CA?!?! per UPS rules. I then had to pay to ship it again, thru a different shipper. I requested my shipping fee refunded as well as my $100 insurance and NOTHING! The owner is the one that accepted the package! And now he is playing dumb just so he doesn't have to give me the $$ owed?? Ridiculous! I know this is not the way big UPS does business. This is HORRIBLE! I am not one do do things like this but I am very upset at the way I was treated. I will state exactly how it happened. I brought a package in to have shipped with my account number. They statedI must go to the hub that they do not accept UPS accounts. I ask if there was any other way and they said I must have a prepaid label. I have my friend go online and pay for a label and email it to their account. I go back in and label is printed. I was thankful they were helping. And then it all started. The owner talked to me in a stern rude voice stating the label had his business address as the return address. He yells at me that it cannot be used like that. I ask, "well sir it is being sent from this address". He yells no no no it cannot be used. So I say okay let's white it out and put my address. He yells no no no. It can't be in the system. I can go on and on but I told him that he was being very rude and he literal just gave me a dirty look. I go there quite often and that is the last time. He was rude, unprofessional, and I feel very discriminative. He made me cry. The sweet girl that works there looked as though she was in shock also. I ended up going to the post office which will always be my choice from now on. Rude owner and I advise not to go here. read more

Early in January I went in this UPS store to return something mailed to me in error by ATT. The Gentleman serving me (I only saw a female clerk in back) was very rude. UPS of all places? Built on service? He told me he didn't guarantee that it would be returned and it was not their responsibility and this a contract between ATT and UPS? He opened a box that had not been opened - broke open its integrity and then took all the paperwork out of if and said that was all he was obligated to mail. I had to insist on writing a note saying that it had not been used and then he put in it there upside down. NEVER NEVER GO IN THIS STORE. WHAT A WAY TO BUILD BUSINESS. read more

A few weeks ago I shipped back a pair of shoes and they were nice enough to tape my box for me, free of charge. I have used this location many times for dropping off my packages.
