There was even one time where they didn't open when the hours stayed they will do I had to call ahead and mentioned this to the guy and he actually owned up and said it was him who was supposed to open but wasn't able to on time. What made me write this review was based on my experience yesterday, where the staff informed me that in order to get one document notarized it would cost $20, when other UPS stores charge $5-$6 (my bank doesn't even charge for this service). I think that this is shameful, and while I understand the need to make a profit and have margins for the cost of doing business, I believe that the pricing at this location is absurd. I'd like to see the owner of this location better align his pricing with the other UPS stores in the area, who don't take complete advantage of their customers in affluent areas.
