"Packaging Service" at this store is a total ripoff. I know what I'm talking about because I owned a UPS Store franchise in Missouri for 10 years. Counter person charged me $11.18 for a "Laptop box" which was actually just a normal weight 17x17x8" box. (I was shipping a vinyl hanging bag with clothing). I was charged $2.85 for "pack materials" (108" of box tape) and $2.57 for "pack service" (he unfolded and taped the box; I put the bag in the box). I questioned the materials and service charges and the response was to basically ignore me. Next time, I will drive the extra few miles to the Scottsville Rd. location. Pretty easy to understand why its rating is so much higher than Campbell Ln! Based on the response from the business, I am even more confident in my rating of one star. Either the one responding didn't even bother to read my review or he/she is okay with charging for products/services never rendered so overhead can be covered. What an absolute moron! read more

This is my go to store for all things shipping, especially Amazon packages. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff could be a little friendlier but it must be tough when a rush of people come in at the same time. read more

Bought a box cost over $16 supposed to secure the package! And the employee told me if the package arrived with damaged will get covered. I went there last week, the manager didn't do anything because the label is usps but I bought the package box and shipped from them. He told me , he will speak to the owner and never get a call back. Look like they don't won't the keep their word about the insurance cover. Cost my eBay buyer giving 1 star because of the bad handling shipping and damage item. I have used this business numerous times, and always get great service from friendly people who smile. Even from the smallest things like making a copy of something for me or helping package a difficult box, or even returns of cable box equipment, they always do a great job. My elderly mother comes here as well and always gets great service. Today I was assisted by Rochelle and Megan. Ty! read more

Have never walked in this place where they were not willing to help. Most times I just hand them my phone and they just take over. From sending affidavits to attorneys Or sending packages through POSH always.happy to assist no matter how busy. Not being involved in any IT at work just pleasure. I finally figured how to send my package info to them. Have yet run into a rude employee there. My go to place. read more

I went to the UPS store on Campbell Lane to return an Amazon rental textbook. There was no sign on the door stating social distancing procedures. No hand sanitizing stations. I walked into the store and stood on one of the social distancing squares, but then others started coming in and ignoring the squares. No staff were wearing masks, practicing social distancing with each other or customers; no procedure for taking cash or creditcards. Only two other customers were wearing masks. At the register, I asked the clerk if the store was practicing "healthy at work" and she said "we are all healthy at work" in a defensive tone. I asked her "how do you know?" and she said "we have no temperatures and feel fine." Dismal Customer Service - I had called ahead to see if I could get car keys overnighted (accidently left cross country with them in my purse and left family member & car stranded at a hotel). The UPS Store Employee on the phone said as long as I got there before the truck left for the day. I pulled up after driving all day and was relieved to see the UPS truck still there. Ran in and said I was the one that called and the young man behind the counter says 'Oh he just finished.' I said can't he wait two minutes so I can pay and get these keys shipped overnight & on the truck? He replies, "No he is done - can't wait." The driver was still in the building not even in his truck and he walked out the door. I could have cried. Instead, I got to drive back all night to return the keys. I would give zero stars if I could. read more

This is about the UPS store on Campbell lane, BG, KY, 42104. If negative stars were a valid choice, I would give them -5. Out of 5 reviews on here, 4 are 1 stars. One is a 5 star, probably the owner or an employee. Amazon said to take my return to the UPS store for packaging and return. I did. They refused to give me a receipt for about 125 dollars of merchandise. They insisted Amazon would send a confirmation email for the items. I got one email - for the $10 item. Amazon said they have never received the $115 dollar item. I called the UPS store to find out what is going on. (They don't answer their phone.) I got a recording saying They would call back PROMPTLY. Three hours later still NO CALL BACK! I called again and left another message. It is now the end of the day and another 6 1/2 hours without a callback. I can only wonder who has the return item but I have my suspicions because it was a nice electronic item. The other question is will I get a refund or an excuse. NEVER take anything to this store without demanding a receipt! Better yet don't do business with them at all. read more

I have dropped off numerous packages from this location and its always been pleasant. Employees are very helpful and does not charge for a piece to tape to seal the box if you happen to run out of tape at home. Don't go to the Scottsville Road location, they charge for every little thing. read more

Extremely dissatisfied with UPS performance and lack of store customer support. Package was due to be delivered 3 days ago and is still sitting in a UPS access point. Requested store assistance, both manager and employee, and was told we can't authorize a refund, delivery is only an estimate, driver discretion to not deliver and their store did not deliver it. Basically assumed no responsibility. Said they would call access point and have it delivered but did not do so when I was in the store. Both manager and employee very belligerent. Spend a lot of money in this UPS store over the years, but never going back to UPS. I'm a new Fed Ex customer. read more

Terrible experience with UPS, shipped a receiver to have warranty service, bought the insurance, package was damaged in shipping, UPS communication was terrible after multi attempts through emails and phone calls, finally after two months got a letter stating the damage did not occur during shipping and would not fix the damage. I would not ever use UPS again or recommend to anyone, I will use fed exp or USPS going forward. read more
