I called Magically Repaired and Josh came out to look at it. He was friendly and you could tell he knew what he was doing. He worked on my icemaker for a long time and accessed so many areas I don't believe the first service even knew about. After a period of time and things not improving, Josh said I needed a new icemaker and explained why. He returned the next week with a new icemaker and it works better than when we purchased it. I will always call them in the future.
