The people who work here hate their job and their customers. Their prices are a complete rip off and if you ask about the pricing they just stare at you in silence. When I questioned a price and where is sign that has pricing the counter person said well that's how much it is and just stood there. I will be complaining to corporate about this franchise. They close whenever they are tired. called ahead of time and said that I would be there 5 minutes to close, when I pulled up, the store had already been locked up and no one was there. Awful service. Representative wouldn't take a small Amazon return package because it wasn't sealed. She couldn't be bothered to put one piece of tape on it or a couple staples in it. I've never had this issue anywhere else. Usually if Amazon happens to require packaging they will throw a piece of tape on it for you, no problem. Silly and petty. If you didn't want my business so be it, you made that clear. I will take my packages to town from now on. You lost a customer over $.30 of tape. Excellent longterm business decision. read more

if it were possible I would give the "Manager" of this location -5 stars. First of all, his customer service is absolutely horrible. Every single time I have ever been into this store and he was working, he has had a terrible attitude, and acted annoyed that he has to help me. I printed two pages on my visit prior to today and every single letter on the page was black expect for the word here was printed in red, and he charged me 3.85 for two pages stating that "color is color". Today I came in to print two pages, and unbeknownst to me, one of their printer/copiers was out of service, so after trial and error and figuring it out on my own I was able to print the pages. I went to the counter and asked him the cost of the two pages and he said .17 but it's 1.99 for the use of the computer. there is no sign stating that it costs 1.99 to use the computer. I've never been charged for this before, and as a matter of fact, he didn't charge me for it on my last visit. I asked him where the sign was that said the use of the computer costs 1.99 and he proceeded to tell me to get the f*** out" and that he was calling the police on me. for what? not sure. plain and simple, this guy is nowhere near employee material - let alone Management material. read more

I showed up to this store, showing my Colorado ID through the Colorado app and he said this was not allowed to pick up my package, I explained how you could use this app everywhere in Colorado even with the police department. Then he raised his voice and said not here. So I returned back with my actual ID and then showed him the executive order where the Colorado App ID is allowed in the state of Colorado as a form of ID, he said not here. Then I said you should update your technology. He then called me a "fucking bitch" and I said wow I can't believe you said that, and are being so unprofessional with your customers, he said don't make me mad before I return your package then he threw my ID to my face and said I'm sure you get told you are a bitch all the time. I was dropping off an Amazon return and showed the code and he said no you need to box that yourself, I went back to car read it myself and it says they will box and return for free! Went back in o show him it says they will, and he continued to be so rude to me about it and still was saying the code I showed him said I have to package it, I continued to show him it doesn't, he kept going at it with me until I walked out fed up! I had a return to Amazon today. And I didn't realize that Amazon asked me to tape up the end of the box before I got to ups. The gentleman that works there said he would charge me $1.50 if he taped it up or I could buy a roll of tape for almost 4 dollars and I could do it myself. I ask him if he was kidding and he said no I said so you're going to charge me $1.50 to put 12 inches of tape on the end of my box?? He said yes then he said or I could take it someplace else. I thought about it then I said go ahead and put the tape oon it. I ask him for a copy of the receipt for the $1.50 I paid him and he said no. And then I realize he didn't even ring it up in a cash register. I told him I understood why he had so many negative comments on the Internet. And then he proceeded to curse me out for a long time. This employee Shawn is nasty and rude to their customers. I purposely went here close to closing time and had everything all printed out so I can drop an Amazon return off and leave. I have a known medical condition and can't wear a mask. I went in, no one was there and he came up front and said I needed a mask. I told him my situation and lean forward and placed them on the counter, I said I had printed the return codes all off so I can just walk away. He said no he won't help me and take my stuff and go. We argued and then he got nasty and grabbed my stuff and walked to the door and placed my package outside and asked to leave. At the door I told him he was a nasty person and I read complains about him, he said how's that working out for all of you. He then flipped me off and as I took a picture of him he got physical with me and grabbed my phone out of my hand. We were face to face at that point, If he was worried about catching a virus he never would have gotten right in my face. I grabbed my phone back from him as he held it behind his shoulder and he walked away and grabbed something behind the counter. This is not a way to treat an elderly man, he could have just let me drop it off and I would have left. I grew up out here and have no problem going to the any businesses, even the one right next, the grocery store, or any store in this town without a mask, not even Home Depot in the city. He is rude and nasty to his customers, I've talked to many others in the area and they say the same thing, I would stay away from this store. Happened Feb 17th at 5:45 pm, store management can find it all on the cameras. From what I heard later he possibly the owners son or something so not much will happen here. I drop off item to ups store very often in other states ,they always have pens, tap gun for customer to use . When I went to this donkey ups store, I had a paid stamp and just need some tape on my box, maybe few inches extra. The ups lady said is $1.50, I ask can I borrow that tap is right there ,she said no. Wow. I have no issue paying but just the attitude and knowing is so petty of them and is free at other UPS location. I won't be surprise if someone went postal there. The UPS that delivers my package is extremely nice but these workers at the retail store need to be lay off. read more

I asked the clerk at this store to print a sticky return label and he refused, because he would not affix it to the ORIGINAL SHIPPING BOX. He wanted me to buy a bag. Horrible customer service. I ordered a poster and when I called to check on it was told they couldn't find it. Then when he did find it he lied and said I ordered it for the wrong day. If I could leave zero stars I would , absolutely terrible customer service. The guy behind the counter acted as if I was bothering his day by coming in to start. Needed to have 10 pieces of paper copied , stopped in at 1600 and was told he couldn't get the 10 things I needed printed off done for 24 hrs. When I asked what time they close he told me 1800 , I stated the just needed printed and I could email the items needed printed and he told me he didn't have time to help me. This store has a gentleman that is SUPER RUDE every time we go in there. Despite the fact it's a pain in the butt to get stuff done during the COVID restrictions, they make it even worse. I am dropping prepaid packages off. It takes one second to scan and I am gone... but no I have to leave and come back to comply with mandates. How the gentleman asked and then reacted to me when this happened was ridiculous. We are in a small community and the people working there obviously don't understand our caring culture here. Sadly I have to resort to Yelp because it's nearly impossible to write a complaint or get a hold of a manager or owner at a privately owned UPS store. I live local and I will never use this location again. Literally one of the worst customer service experiences of my life. I had a prepaid label for a return and I realized when I printed it a little part of the label didn't print so the barcode wasn't intact. As you can imagine this is super frustrating mostly because I didn't notice before I drove clear to the store but what makes this even worse is that the employee was awful!!!! One word answers, I thought my goodness what does this guy hate me)rude and condescending just flat out mean. He refused to try and help me at all with getting a label from my email to their printer. I was going to chalk it up to him having a bad day or just not liking me personally until I witnessed him be just as rude and condescending to two other customers that walked in while I was trying to print the label off their computer. Eventually I said "forget it I'll do it somewhere else and I'll be sure to let your boss know how much help you are not." As he walked away without speaking to me I say, you are SO rude and then I left. This is my third time visiting this location. WARNING do not go. The guy that works there is super rude. It's never really busy. I had to make copies as usual. The printer was not working. So the guy seemed bothered since I now hard to forward my items to make copies. There was literally nobody but myself. He is not a people person. I will not be going back. Shawn is by far the rudest individual I have ever met. I went in there with an Amazon return all he had to do was scan my phone and he refused to do so because I did not have on a mask. I medically can't wear one and he refused my service. He didn't wanna me to leave my merchandise and my phone in the store. I set the phone down backed off 6 feet he still wouldn't scan it.
