Ask me why I am so unbelievably happy. Go ahead ask me…read more It's because I received not one, not two, but THREE separate phone calls from friends and family who had just opened our WEDDING INVITATIONS and LOVED THEM! My mother was one of these people, this type of phone call from mom is rare at best. Needless to say Scott and I are beyond thrilled. Working with Think Big Solutions, was the second best decision we have made in about 7 months! First off, Jessica Proctor is extremely professional and a delight to work with. Everything went as smooth as silk and even the slight changes we needed to make to our proof, via email, came off with no problem whatsoever. Jessica was completely able to work with our budget and helped us find the EXACTLY perfect paper, a felt based I think. It was literally and precisely what I had envisioned and went with the theme of the invites perfectly. She even showed us around the facility and all sorts of cool behind the scenes stuff! After a "not at all long wait" our invites were ready!!! Scott picked them up and when he brought them home I could not stop looking at them. We needed them scored, as they fold into 1/3s. Every single one was perfect. Then there is the color; vibrant, beautiful, bright and just about as good as it could get. I love them so very much. If anyone needs anything printed, and wants to be happy like me, go see Jessica at Think Big Solutions!

Not only was Think Big able to fill my order within 2 days, Jessica also volunteered to drive my stuff over to me on Friday. Yes, last Friday when we were having a serious blizzard. Add to that mix the fact that they were super affordable and I'd say you'd be crazy to not let them give you a quote on your next printing project needs. And, the most important fact, all my stuff looks great.

We loaded the…read moredelivered mattress into the car, took it to this UPS store to return it, unloaded it and took it in only to find out the system was down. We took it back and loaded it back into the car. Two days later we returned to the store, checked to make sure they were up & accepting, took the mattress back out of the car and loaded it onto a shopping cart. We got it into the store, found they now charge for the return address paper, and they insisted I needed to remove it from the shopping cart and put it on the floor. The charge for the address sheet was $5. I just purchased 500 sheets of high quality printer paper for about $12, and the black ink I buy goes for around $26 and says it prints about 300 pages. My math says that's $0.01 for the paper and $0.09 for the ink - about ten cents. I'm 68 years old, my wife is 64 years old, and the two working there looked like they were in their 20's. I am retired, my wife is on disability, and they are working in the business of delivering packages.
