They then proceeded to try to bs me and say well it will look like this color in this light and this color if it is limited etc.... as though the stitching they are using is metallic in nature which would be cool if they can do metallic embroidery. I am now forced to go somewhere else that can do the Project as they clearly cannot and refuse to fix the errors instead blaming the design which has two Colors Deep Plum Purple and Gray that is nothing else. Having previously contracted Mr. Sanchez for another project, a custom "no soliciting" sign, which I was very pleased with, I presented my case to Mr. Sanchez exclaiming that all other vendors I had attempted to negotiate this service with would not have the product turned around in time for the ceremony. I apologized for the short-fused request. He accepted the challenge, asked me several questions to work out the details of material, measurements and aesthetics. He had a draft turned around within 12 hours, and by next morning It was done. Result: "OUTSTANDING" He not only captured every detail, but chose materials and texture that I had not accounted for, which added a "pop" to complement the rest of the artifacts associated with the member's service. They changed the logo I gave them without approval and printed it anyway. The shirts they gave me were different shades of the same color from one shirt to the next, and even on the front vs back of the same shirt (they blamed it on the material but the other two places I have gone through didn't have a problem. They offered to reprint them all and told me I would have them on time for my event on Saturday the 4th. I called on Friday the 3rd to ask about picking them up and they had not even begun to print them because they still couldn't get the color right. They never bothered to tell me and I was left with not shirts for my event. I asked for a refund and was put off several times. Finally got the refund two weeks later after many phone calls and emails (which they never responded to).
