This place is horrible, full of fake everything and rude staff. Every bracelet I looked at was held together with cheap elastic and some looked close to breaking if worn. This place is just another tourist trap where you'll be met with sarcasm and overpriced stuff from temu. read more

My husband and I stopped in this beautiful shop. I make it a mission to stop in shops that sell stones and this by far is on the top of my list as one of the best. There is a great variety of stones to choose from. Each section is labeled which helps in understanding and learning about the stones. The ladies were extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being overbearing. Highly recommend adding this stop to your list when visiting the area. The front girl working there is super quiet, so I didn't really get assistance from her, but I didn't need much of it. The displayed jewelry was already all out for me to see. I loved all of it. I wanted to take the whole store with me home. I bought this glorifying necklace for $25.00 and it was purple crystal gem and it was shining so bright! I also bought a butterfly crystal necklace for $35.00 in substitute for this $90.00 ring I mistaken for $40.00. We were so excited to visit The Crystal Garden! I was so disappointed in the customer service that I received. Well....didn't receive. We walked in & the associate was assisting another customer at the time. But we were not acknowledged the entire time we were inside. I'm so upset because i had so many questions and was really interested in a few pieces & even classes! We were blatantly ignored. Maybe because we're young and she's judgmental. We could've easily spent $200+ but instead we were practically pushed out of the door because of terrible customer service. The pieces were beautiful but we will never be back. read more

When you let a customer NOT wear a mask, you are putting your other customers and employees at risk. A medical exemption for NOT wearing a mask is not real and when a person AND their children (over the age of 3) are all not wearing a mask and still allowed in a small store, you are choosing to allow this. What was supposed to a be calming trip to this store, turned into a stressful time. Not happy at all by the lack of compassion and ignoring laws by this establishment. You really need to consider others in your store when you choose to allow customers to NOT wear a mask. read more
