The colors were off, the tree was not centered, they had I want to call it grayish green when it was supposed to be gray. They used violent when i said it needs to be a Dark Plum Color etc... They then proceeded to try to bs me and say well it will look like this color in this light and this color if it is limited etc.... as though the stitching they are using is metallic in nature which would be cool if they can do metallic embroidery. I am now forced to go somewhere else that can do the Project as they clearly cannot and refuse to fix the errors instead blaming the design which has two Colors Deep Plum Purple and Gray that is nothing else.
