I went to several different Fedex locations to obtain this information but they all agreed that the package had been dropped off here and signed for at this location. When I came in the next day to retrieve it, I was greeted by a nice but shy younger female employee who could not locate my package. When I asked her to double-check and look again, her manager came over and yelled at me. This woman was combative, rude, and arrogant. She explained to me that FedEx drivers and staff were idiots and that they had messed up, not her. She said they make mistakes all the time and that it wasn't on her to fix it for me. She also refused to look again for my package and then told me, her staff doesn't make mistakes. Ever. She literally said her staff doesn't ever make any errors so they couldn't possibly have misplaced the package and didn't need to look again to appease me. I will never go to this business again for anything. It's not the right way to treat customers, who are frustrated already that they have missing mail. She did nothing to improve the situation. We never did find that package and the whole thing had to be refunded and reshipped, which took weeks because she could not be bothered to just check for me one extra time to help.

    I get being tired at work having a long day and it's only Tuesday but when you're in customer…read moreservice, you really have to be mindful on how you treat people. Young brother you clearly hate your job. Your dryness and lack of communication in my service made me never want to come to FedEx again however, your colleague is just as happy as ever. Being patient and kind speaking in Spanish and waving goodbye and saying thank you. It makes a difference. I need the brother that serves me today to find another job or find a way to get in the back and not have to see people. It's simple as that, his appearance, his attitude, and his lack of vocal speaking simply says, let me work in the back where I don't have to talk to anybody unless I want to. It was apparent that he was agitated because his colleague didn't shut the blinds for him but again he doesn't speak very loudly. The colleague simply went back into the back after coming out and speaking.

The package never came on friday.The following morning, I get a message from fedex saying that my package would be delivered today.Saturday, december, the sixth between eleven and three. While waiting at home, I get a email from fedex.Saying that they miss me with the delivery and that my package would be delivered.The next business day. That was a exaggerated statement by fedex.Because I was at home.I called them to their customer care number, and I was told that my package has never been loaded onto a truck and it was due to human error. I asked, could I go pick up my package from the distribution center i was told that I could not . It's very clear that fedex does not care about people receiving packages on time or living up to their word.Instead, they want an inconvenience you and have you sitting at home?Waiting for a package that may or may not come to you. All consumers, all corporate accounts, y'all need to reconsider who to use when it comes to delivering packages.Cause fedex does not cut it and they do not care about your customers
