Mike - You really should spend a minute to self reflect. When you have SO many customer reviews about how rude you are, I'm pretty sure it's YOU and not ALL of your customers. Have a great day sir. read more

Had to drop a package off at a UPS location. Both of the people here were personable and got the job done. Minus one star for slowness. Honestly no one likes to fool around when shipping things. Small talk is fine, but get with the program in the mean time. read more

Perhaps they've changed staff but every time I've been here I've gotten great service. It's close to my house, easy to get to, easy to find. If you're coming from I35 turning onto wells branch, this is on the left hand side. You can either turn at the light or at the turn in lane right at the beginning of the shopping plaza. I get in, get what I need done, get out. That's a thumbs up in my book. read more

Funny, I drive 1/2 an hour to go to this UPS store, because here I'm treated with great customer service, unlike the UPS store closer to my house. When I read the other reviews here, I feel like I'm reading about the other UPS stores that I don't like. Mike, the owner, is knowledgeable, competent and helpful. The store is clean and well organized. I have confidence when I go to this store that my packages will be handled correctly. To the other reviewer that said Mike does not treat women with respect, I have had a different experience. I am a woman, and I feel that I am treated like a valued customer whenever Mike is behind the counter. Again, I cannot say that for the shipping-store options near my home, and being treated like a valued customer is the reason I will drive the 30 minutes to ship items from the Wells Branch UPS Store. read more

Very rude staff. Came to drop off a package for USPS, the man there told me to pick it up and put it on the floor by some other packages so I did, than he yelled at me from his office to move to another spot! read more

Update: (I'm just seeing his response)...as you can see from the response this is a very unprofessional business owner. I arrived with everything needed for shipment, however my box was not closed. There wasn't caving, damage, or distress done to the box. The box made it, mind you with Jeep parts, to its location without incident. I'm not here to argue, but to tell of my experience with this facility....which was horrible due to the owner. read more

Went into this UPS Store a week or so again. The young lady was fast and friendly. She gave me options for my shipment as well as hand sanitizer after my transaction was completed. I will definitely be using this UPS Store again in the future! read more

This store now has an updated look. Very friendly and efficient!! I would highly recommend using this location for any of your shipping needs!!! read more

Completely disgusted by the owner, the older gentleman that lied to me multiple times yesterday. I had three small boxes, all having audio CD's that I was shipping. I told him I wanted to ship via USPS Media Mail. He immediately tells me you cannot ship audio CD's via Media Mail. I asked, since, when, I had been shipping that way for at least 15 years. He said it was never possible, only printed materials like magazines. We argued, I left and took to the post office in Pflugerville and shipped via media. From USPS website: "What can you send using Media Mail? Books (at least eight pages) Printed music and test materials *****Video and sound recordings***** Printed educational charts Medical loose-leaf pages and binders Computer-readable media" I will never pay them to ship anything again. I might drop off something there which is prepaid but I will never ever pay them for anything again. read more

The owner of this store, Mike is one of the rudest people I have ever come across. He likes to be confrontational and demeaning to women. This is my first yelp review ever and I went to this store years ago. I would rather drive out of town to any other UPS store but this one. read more

I am a small business owner and I often need the services of a notary. My bank will do it for free, but it always takes an hour or more out of my day because the wait is so long. I love using the notary services at this UPS Store location because I am in and out in under ten minutes! This is well worth the small fee I pay for the notary service. Many thanks to the owner of this store for saving me so much time, I appreciate your friendly and efficient service! read more

This is one of my favorite stores. They do a great job of servicing the Wells Branch Community. Mike, the owner, is always there with a greeting and a smile. His staff is well trained and helpful. I am glad they are so conveniently located on Wells Branch Parkway. read more

Lady that works there is really nice, I like coming here to fax paperwork. Wish it was a little cheaper, but no worries. There is never a line which is a huge plus. Always have good parking, I never have to look for a spot! They get you in and out. What more can you ask for! read more

This has to be the rudest place I have ever been to! "Mike",his nametag says,is rude,it seems especially to women and maybe the most bad tempered person I have ever met. He was pleasant to a man that came in,but was indifferent to another woman that came in,and downright rude to me. Maybe in his homeland,, women wear burkas and are treated like cattle and don't have any more value than a pack animal, but he is here now,and should learn some respect and manners. read more

Mike at this UPS location is so nice. I came in with a floating desk that I needed to return and I couldn't figure out how to get it back in the box. He mentioned that there is a charge if they need to pack up the package themselves. So he helped me figure out how to put the box back in the package so that I didn't have to get charged. So nice! read more

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION! I would rather give them a ZERO star rating than even one. The lack-luster customer service provided by the employee working there, blew my mind. I was trying to mail back a $200 tennis racquet, which needed to be taped up on the end. There were other customers in the store, and since the employee was busy, I did not feel comfortable just leaving it there. He asked me to leave it on the counter, then suggested I buy the tape myself if I didn't want to leave it. I didn't mind waiting, but instead he was a total jerk and rude to me in front of the other customers. I took my item and left the store letting him know I would find another location. This place needs a lesson in customer service, and how to be polite. Maybe if they lose tons of business that area of improvement will be addressed. read more

The girl was very nosey and rude. Not helpful at all and kept spying at my letters, even after I asked her to stop. I won't be returning there ever with my hard earned dollars. read more

Mike went above and beyond to help me safely pack and ship a gift to my niece. I really appreciate his kindness and customer service. This is my go-to store and I always have a pleasant experience with everyone that works there. read more

Manager shouted from the back to charge me $3 to tape my box up. Of course they didn't have a roll of tape I could just buy. I'm sorry.... I thought you were a packing and shipping business! Zero customer service at this place. read more

Horrible customer service. Tried to charge me $7 to tape a box to ship. Seriously. Two pieces of tape. Ridiculously overpriced.

I won't be using this business for anything again. The girl that "helped" me ship my package was unfriendly and slightly rude. She just grabbed my package and started taping it after I'd asked to use a roll of tape. She also took a while to help us even though there was no one else in the store; she seemed to be more worried about taping boxes together read more

I needed a package picked up in Austin and shipped to the SF Bay Area and had no idea how to get it done. I called Mike at the UPS Store and he took care of it with zero hassle--picked up, packed up, and shipped off. I'm very appreciative of the great customer service! read more

The girl was really rude. Apparently I interrupted her web surfing and she didn't feel like printing me a receipt. After asking for it a couple times she got up to printed it and talked to me with an attitude. read more

I've always had great experiences at this location. The staff is very courteous and professional. Today I visited twice - once with about 6 boxes for Christmas that I needed to ship. They helped me figure out the most economical way to get everything delivered by Christmas. And the second time was to send a return. I won't go anywhere else. Love these guys!! read more

The manager had me put together the sticker for one of my boxes while he did the other and I made a mistake while peeling the paper off the sticker. He said to me "how do you expect this to stick if you do it that way" I apologize and told him I've never had to do that before and he replies "Well, sorry to say this but you should know this won't stick"... excuse me? That was just rude. I obviously wasn't sure how to do it and no need for him to be rude. It is his job to assist me in the process and not to make me feel stupid. Not even a thank you from him at the end. read more

Granted, the manager is a complete ass, but the regular counter girl was extremely helpful and we enjoyed our month with her. We were stuck living in a hotel for a month while our house was being finished so we used this UPS store location to receive our US Mail and packages. We got email notification and access after hours. I would totally use them again for this purpose if we found ourselves in a similar situation. read more

I walked into the store pretty annoyed. I was trying to complete a crazy complex passport renewal application. It not only had endless paperwork (which needed to be surgically organized) but also required a notary. I was initially headed to the UPS store at the intersection of I35/I45 toll road. Their notary had decided to take off 15 minutes before close. That is how I ended up at this Well Branch location. Despite walking in a bit frazzled with all my paperwork and just a bit before close, Mike and Kelly pleasantly greeted me. They were patient and listened to all my requests. Paperwork needed to be clipped a certain way. Passport photos needed to be glued. I needed to include a return package (to receive my renewed passport back). Mike took care of the notary requirements. He further suggested the most economic and reliable way to send/receive this fairly sensitive documentation (no passport means no international travel, jeopardizing several international trips I had planned for the year). In a nutshell, a very pleasant and smooth experience! Mike and Kelly were super friendly and helpful! And.. I just got my renewed passport! I would look no further than this store for any and all shipping needs if you live nearby. read more

So this was my first time using this UPS Store and I will definitely be back. I had my AT&T equipment that I needed to return and I had all of my stuff in a HEB bag. As soon as I walked in both Mike and Monica (they said their names and were wearing name tags) both said AT&T without knowing what I had in my bag. I'm impressed. Mike was very nice and got me in and out in a matter of minutes and all I had to do was give him some basic info. Great customer service!!!! read more

I had to ship a sound system and walked into the store without any of it packed. I chose to forgo the guaranteed pack and ship, and attempt to pack the system myself. The employee (his cash register said his name was Mike?) took pity on my and helped me pack the whole system (I mainly supervised). He was polite and friendly the whole time, even though I had gone against his recommendation and he ended up having to save me from myself. I would definitely recommend using this UPS Store. They're awesome. read more

I use this UPS Store because it's the closest one to my job. Mike has always been extremely helpful and courteous. He'll offer alternatives that may help save me a few bucks. He does get busy at times (especially first thing in the morning when they open), but he's always aware of the situation and makes sure you've been acknowledged. Great store! read more

Courteous, Fast, efficient service. Needed an affidavit and it took less than 5 minutes. service at this location is worth the drive!

Worst customer service I've ever seen. Dealt with Mike the owner three times and he was always very unfriendly, rude and disrespectful. And he charges whatever he wants. I got charged $1.10 for a 3-page copy. Don't worry. I won't come here for the fourth time, ever. read more

I have been a happy customer of this store since 2013 and the personal service I always receive is almost as if they were an extended part of my company. I am a small business owner and I consider Mike and his team part of the success of our organization. read more

Love what you did to your place! New layout is great! These folks always take care of our mailing needs.

I have read the 2 reviews customers wrote. The first on was asked to pay for packing service and was not happy because she had to pay and so Mike the owner is rude, if she got the service free then Mike was a sweet person. You decide how the owner is rude. The second customer was in a hurry as he cam from car max on his lunch break and did not have a label, we provide service and service cost like every where else. Since he was in a hurry and we had packages to put in our system and we requested him to leave the package and would tape it once we were done. I am in business for 20 years, seen that customers who do not get free stuff bad mouth the businesses. You can always come to our store and see the excellent service we provide. Thank you for taking the time to read my answer. read more

I received great customer service from Mike when shipping 4 packages. He was patient while I provided addresses to each location, and provided friendly and amusing small talk during my transactions. He and another employee greeted each person as they walked through the door. Great customer service from both parties, especially during the busy holiday shipping season. read more

Rude with not very good customer service! Not sure about the girl, but the gentleman is very unfriendly!

They refuse to give you a confirmation receipt that you dropped off your package. This is for a package with a prepaid label and for AT&T equipment. read more

I had the same experience as the first reviewer. I was returning a package to a company with a very specific return procedure and told the owner I didn't mind waiting for him to finish with a customer, as I had a few questions. He kept saying, "Just leave the package on the floor with the label on it." I wasn't in a hurry, but he apparently was. When the first customer left, he took my package and said to me, "If you had just done what I said, I could get back to the rest of my work. Look at all these boxes I still need to send! You didn't listen." I was completely shocked. Where was his professionalism or the Austin friendliness I had come to know? Not from this man. "No," I said, "You didn't listen to ME." And I walked out. read more

This place sucks. The owner is rude as hell. He was yelling at a customers kid when I was there. The kid was just looking at cards and he told them to not touch anything. He didnt even want to give me a receipt for my drop off when I requested one. The young girl who works there is nice but the owner sucks! read more
