We've waited 12.5 hours and it has not arrived. It's now past 10 pm. We literally spent the whole entire frigging day waiting at our house for this FEDEX OVERNIGHT parcel. Called 1800-GO-FEDEX around 930, which routed me over the worst imaginable "every other word" garbled VOIP line to FEDEX Support - INDIA. We could barely understand each other, and they were no help at all. I spent another hour trying to find out wwhere my PC is. Best I can determine is that it arrived at the GNV FEDEX center at zip 32609. I wish I lived closer, so I could drive over to that office, which is way on the other side of town, and let their manager know what I think about their service issues. Unbelievable. Unbelievable! FIRE THIS OFFICE MANAGER PLEASE!

The delivery driver was SPEEDING down the drit road from where I live with little regard to the fact that's there's young kids who ride 4 wheelers and golf carts up and down the road. The deliver driver DIDN'T WAIT FOR ANYONE TO COME AND SIGN FOR THE PACKAGE. I'm very disappointed in how FedEx handles there delivery. The driver should have been considerate enough to wait . If there's any damage done to my package or the bicycle inside you will be billed for the damages. Do better next time and GET PEOPLE A CHANCE TO GET OUT OF THERE HOME TO SING .
