A young lady by the name of "Enya" stepped in and actually singlehandedly made me reconsider not doing business with Target. I was over it until she stepped in and used her awesome customer service and people skills to correct all that had gone wrong while apologizing constantly while she corrected my job and invoice. This job was for my business, very specific and very important! She treated me as if my business was as important to her as it is to me! There was just one minor issue which was a simple typo I noticed after getting them and looking over them. I went back and showed the woman that did everything for me and she said since I approved the proof in the email that there was nothing she could do about it except to just know to fix it in the next books I order. In the email I was generally looking over the layout of everything and the color of everything to make sure it was what I wanted. I wasn't paying attention to every single letter to make sure it was spelled correctly I just thought that was common knowledge. Instead of offering to fix her simple human mistake or atleast offer a discount on the next books she told me there was nothing she could do and basically said it was all my fault. Now I have this pile of books that I will not use because it looks unprofessional for my business and I am out of the money I paid to have them made. I hate to say it but I cannot recommend this place simply because of that simple mistake and lack of decency to want to help make things right.
