First we were never told that we could move to bigger trampoline and continue to jump assisting my daughter like in the video. In fact I had to demonstrate to you in the adjacent bigger trampoline how I was jumping like in the video and was told that wouldn't work. Second in your video of rules we watched I did nothing close to depicted as double jumping or jumping too close to a smaller person as clearly seen in the video below. I was very gently assisting my physically handicapped daughter to jump. Absolutely nothing dangerous in that. Shameful and shady of a company to respond with lies instead of facts. This was the wrong approach given I'm a business professional and that I'm always nice to people until they give me a reason not to be. So I let her have it and she just got more rude and more rude, finally making me pay to have it resurfaced..... Soooooooooo things are cool in this store just hope you don't have an issue because she won't own it and insist you are lying and treat you like garbage when you are being honest.
