Happy Claw Arcade in Turlock is a small, cute spot that makes for a fun family outing. They offer a…read moregood variety of claw machines along with a few special games. Almost all of them only cost 1 token per play! My family and I spent about $100 and managed to win close to 13 plushies, so overall it felt worth it. The main challenge is the claw strength -- several times the claw would grab a plushie, lift it up, and then drop it once it reached the top. The weight of the plushies definitely plays a role, so some machines require a bit of strategy and patience. The staff were very friendly and even added more plushies to the machines to help make it easier for the kids to win, which we really appreciated. The space was clean and welcoming. $20 for 23 tokens is a solid deal, and we ended up spending almost 40 minutes inside having a great time. All in all, it's a friendly, clean arcade with fair pricing and fun games. We'll definitely return.

We have seen a store in Reno Nevada and we were just talking about it so I popped it into yelp and it came up in Turlock where we were headed after bowling. They had so much fun. The owners are really nice and gave them a little lesson and even propped some of them up. We spent $230 but it was well worth it. The kids were happy. Then we got the mini melts. Super fun worth every penny. Of course you don't have to spend that much but we don't get a lot of time with the grands so we were glad to do it plus, it was on our way to where we were going!

Went above and beyond to help us every step of the way. She even had a candle and lighter when we forgot ours, I can't say enough about her, she was amazing! All employees there were quick to help us and made sure everyone was safe! The kids didn't want to leave and we will definitely be coming back again.

Review #860 Posted on 2.22.25…read more We came here with the kids on Saturday the 22nd to unwind a bit. We chose Funworks because they let you ride solo even if you're under 58 inches tall, just at a slower speed. That one feature in of itself separates this spot from the others, they trust the kids to drive the karts, and the kids have a blast doing so, they just limit how fast they can go in them, it's brilliant business model to be honest. This spot is a few miles from the freeway, super easy to get to. Beyond the go kart racing, they have tons of other options. There's miniature golf, bumper cars, batting cages, arcade games, and a small snack bar/food court. There's also plenty of separate spaces in that area for kids birthday parties too. The golf course was kept up pretty well we noticed. We'll for sure come back, and do the activities they offer again. They have different packages you can buy. I recommend the 12 ticket pack for $80, best bang for your buck.

What makes it top-notch: * The Setup: I love that it's prepaid for your time. No fumbling with quarters or change machines! You just pay for your block of time and enjoy. * The Games: They have all the classics--The Simpsons, Pac-Man, and some really great old-school pinball machines. * The Vibe: The throwback decor and posters are incredible. The absolute highlight? The Saved by the Bell themed bathroom. It is so well done! If you want a "blast from the past" that is super reasonable for the price, you have to come through. So glad this place is here!

We spent a few hours there and absolutely got our money's worth--especially compared to the casino arcades down the street. Whether you're an adult looking for a fun night out or a family wanting to keep the kids entertained, this is a great place to go. They offer plenty of snacks and beverages, and we loved that you can leave and return the same day. We even saw a family head out for dinner and come back for more games. The space felt incredibly clean and well run, with hand sanitizer available at nearly every game station. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the place. We can't wait to come back!
