The main challenge is the claw strength -- several times the claw would grab a plushie, lift it up, and then drop it once it reached the top. The weight of the plushies definitely plays a role, so some machines require a bit of strategy and patience. The staff were very friendly and even added more plushies to the machines to help make it easier for the kids to win, which we really appreciated. The space was clean and welcoming. $20 for 23 tokens is a solid deal, and we ended up spending almost 40 minutes inside having a great time. We have come to ride the go-carts specifically, and today, we walk in and are asked if we've signed the waiver and my answer is yes.. then asked what attractions we were here to enjoy. After telling the female that we were here to ride the go-carts she proceeded to tell me that mine and my daughters' hair was too long and even if we put it up we would not be able to ride them. He said yes and said we can look around before paying. That was really nice of him. I didn't realize that this place is set up with unlimited play. You just hit the start button and play. You are charged a flat fee to play $20 all day or 15 minutes for $8. All I really wanted to play was skee ball and it being so late and they were to close in a little over an hour we opted for the 15 minutes. It totally wasn't long enough. I wish we came here earlier in the day so we could enjoy playing all day. They give you a little buzzer that vibrates when your time is up if you choose the 15 minute option.
