This was an amazing experience with my friends and the employee here was amazing and I would highly recommend going!

The arcade is small but has a good selection of games. They have a few racing games such as Mario cart game and a motorcycle racing game. They have DDR, ball drop, ski ball, and some shooting games like Jurassic Park. Their ski ball is pretty cool because it has a screen over it with fish. If you get the ball in a hole with a fish hovering over it, you get extra points. I only saw one employee there. He greeted me as I was loading up the game card. The price of the games were a bit much. Each game is 30-35 credits and $15 only got me about 200 credits. This left me with 10 credits left over that couldn't be used on any game. Not sure if they have a prize area since it was adding up my electric tickets (from winning games) on the game card. I didn't see one there. read more

We were shopping in the Folsom outlets and saw the arcade in the center. Our kids love arcades so we had to check it out. The area itself isn't very big but there's a good variety of games, definitely some games we've never seen at other arcades. Our kids favorite was this trampoline game we haven't seen anywhere else. Everything was clean and easy to use. We also felt that value was pretty worth the amount of games we got to play. If you won tickets there was vending machine to redeem a prize. We tried some of the claw games and the staff were really cool. He would position some of the toys so it was be easier to grab. And it worked! He was even nice enough to reposition one of the toys we wanted that was buried deep. Thanks to the staff for making my kids happy! Definitely a fun addition to the outlets! read more

Totally overdue with my posts. We've been here at least 6 times and each time our kids are thrilled to try out the fun arcade games. They have several dance games, plush toys, prizes to win from the machines, motorcycle and etc. Great customer service here. Pro- staffs are wearing bright neon T-shirts so it's easy to spot them. It's located in the Folsom Outlet. If you purchase their game card, you have the option to pick dollar amount. I would suggest to keep the game card for next time after it empties. Each time you get a new card, they will charge you. read more

My kids and I love this arcade! We drive to this arcade quite often from Elk Grove. My 6 year old son enjoys it a lot. The staffs here are very nice and friendly. The guy who opened up the store yesterday on 11/22/25 was so kind (sorry I didn't get his name). Love how they keep up with the claw machines pretty often and rearrange them around for a better chance to win a prize every time! We will definitely be visiting again soon! read more

Impromptu trip to Fun Zone with the family. Pretty small spot but good place to spend an hour of your time! The set up is easy- purchase a fun zone game Card at the machine and enjoy your time! This arcade is on the smaller size but there is a nice selection of games. The employee was very friendly and helpful as this was our first time there with our grandson and he explained how to purchase the card and check the balance. The reason for the low rating is that some of the games were not registering how many tickets were won and applying it to our card. We were keeping track as our grandson wanted a particular prize. After notifying the employee of the second game not registering, he stood behind us as we played to verify the winnings and he did see we were telling the truth. He did make it right by manually applying the tickets to our card but we were still shorted from the previous game. He did say he would call in the problem on the one machine, but it made me wonder how long this had been going on and how many people never noticed. read more

Yal deserve this one. Last weekend was my nephews birthday party. There was two hosts that helped a bunch. They helped brought in food, presents, decorations and whatever else was loaded in the van. They helped us all with games and even noticed when my son dropped his game card or left it behind like 100 times XD. I'm just giving props to the hosts cause they didn't chill in a corner doing the bare minimum like a lot of other spots. read more

This place is really cool and a great place to take your kids! It's located in the Folsom Outlets right across from their security office. You purchase their game card and choose a dollar amount to put on it in order to play their games. Any tickets you win electronically go onto your card, which you can later redeem for a wide variety of prizes. Tip: Be sure to keep your game card for next time after it empties, as I was told each time you get a new game card, you get charged for it with points. So, for instance, if you purchased 200 points, they take some points off for the game card that you had to purchase. All the machines worked the few times we went there, which is the biggest thing we look for when going to arcades. The place isn't huge but it's roomy enough where you don't feel claustrophobic. The customer service is also excellent. This past weekend when we went, there was a young man working there who answered the questions I had when purchasing the game card and was very helpful. At the end, my kids used their tickets to redeem a bunch of prizes, and my hands were full. He was so thoughtful and nice that he went into the back room and emerged with a bag for me to put their prizes in, so that I didn't have to try carrying them all. We recently came here for the first time for my husband's birthday! We are two adults with no kids but we found plenty to do in this arcade to entertain ourselves for a couple of hours, and ended up having an excellent afternoon here together. I searched for a while to find the best arcade in the area and ultimately decided to drive out to this one all the way from Sacramento because the reviews seemed to indicate that there was something special about this place. I'm happy to report that this arcade is indeed quite special! The things that set it apart from other arcades: it's super clean (like REALLY clean), the machines are all well-kept and new, the game variety is great (there are a lot of claw games which I'm not as into, but they had a bunch of other traditional arcade games), with reasonable effort you can get a fair amount of tickets, pricing seems fair, the prizes are fun and unique, and most of all, the service we received was incredible. Saul and Hannah in particular were so kind and really went out of their way to ensure that we had a great time especially once they heard that it was my husband's birthday. We felt so welcomed and had a lot of fun - thank you!! We'll definitely be back. (Oh, also, we went on a Sunday afternoon and were pleasantly surprised to find that it wasn't crazy busy, we were able to play all the games we wanted to without a huge crowd or anything). read more

Super cute and right in the middle of the outlets! Brand new so it's like crazy clean and there's a bunch of different arcade games. They got the coolest castle game where all the balls continuously drop on the kids and they have to pick them up as fast as possible. Super easy process, come in, choose how many cards and how much and start playing. They have an awesome air hockey game that has multiple little discs that come out. They did not have birthday rooms setup yet, but the owner was extremely accommodating and allowed us to set up a table and balloons. What a fun local arcade! Family owned and operated, we loved playing all the prize games! They had such a unique assortment compared to even Round 1. The owner and staff were super friendly and helpful! Depending on the game, you could trade in your prizes (4-5) from what we saw, for larger prizes! Went here with my husband to check the place out. They have something for everyone to enjoy. Hubby and i enjoyed the Jurassic Park game the most. I personally appreciate how clean the place is, and the decor is delightful. I wish I had pics to post. I visited this place about a year ago when they first opened. I met the owners personally. A lovely couple that were running the business themselves which was quite impressive. I visited a couple other times, but I was reluctant to leave a review because I've seen places start out great, and then the quality of the business dwindles. To my surprise, this was actually the opposite of what I typically see. Not only did they sustain their quality, they even found a way to enhance it! Super impressive! I was here with my daughter the other night. They were closed, but one of the employees seen us at the door and let us in anyway. I didn't get his name, but it was a guy with a fluffy ponytail. This dude has to be the nicest person I ever met. He was more helpful than our vacation tour guide. I can honestly say that we've never gotten this type of service at any other arcade.
