This place has A GREAT HAPPY HOUR! I love their ice cold beers and the delicious food. I have only been in the bar area to enjoy drinks and eats but next time I go, I will have to check out all that they have to offer. I love how the setup is in the bar area with plenty of seating, big screens and cleanliness throughout the eating and drinking area. There's parking out front and near the entrance. Because this place tends to get busy due to their good reputation, you will have to come with patience because there might be a wait to order drinks and/or food. I promise it is worth it because the employees are so kind and the food and drinks are very tasty. If you haven't checked out FLB Entertainment Center in Folsom yet, I suggest you do so! read more

My friend invite me and a couple of friends to celebrate with her here . I had never been I just knew it was a bowling alley. Walking in to your left side they have a bar area with pool tables. The bowling we did was dark bowing with really cool music and neon lights. We had so much fun! We ordered food and drinks that we got to enjoy at our table while bowling . Our waiter was very nice and attentive. The food was really good . I was surprised and happy they had a beer I like on tap from Revision brewery. We were laughing at the screen with our scores it would make funny videos with our faces when we would get a strike ect . Overall we had a blast here . We went bowling the other night and had a blast! I love how clean the bowling alley is and how there's a lack of odor at this bowling alley. The food really elevates the place as well as it is absolutely delicious. The drinks are also generously poured, but not overly strong. There's such a great variety of choices. Lauren was our server and she was awesome! We chitchatted with her a little bit about where we live (she checked out IDs) when we ordered drinks. Can't wait to go back and play again! read more

I tried to reserve 2 lanes at the cost of $178 for an hour and a half. Which already is high but I was going to do it for my daughters birthday, anyways there was no way to check out once I added it to my cart. I called and asked for help and someone named Josh said there is nothing they can do because they cannot reserve a lane without full payment and would not take it over the phone (its 2026 who cant take payment over the phone?) Then proceeds to tell me orders are coming in and its my problem. So we went to Knotty Pines and that was the best bowling experience ever, plus we paid half the price for the same amount of time! I was chasing my daughter around the place trying to keep her out of strangers way, I figured it was time to we just sit down. Strangely approached by a man about a water bottle on the table while I was using to prop it up for my daughter to watch a show to keep her out of the way. It seemed a little dramatic since someone had already told us they weren't allowed on the floor by the bowling lanes. FLB Entertainment was most certainly a place to bring family and friends the atmosphere, is arcade to bowling a bar in the back to watch sports on Sunday! I always have a blast with my family and friends here. Highly recommend to have a western bbq cheeseburger, while bowling with the people you love. Hi, I typically only come on yelp to only leave 5 star reviews but not today unfortunately. I'd like to first recognize the wonderful employee at the reception desk who helped us last night. A large group of us came in to celebrate a dear friend and support some friends that are going through some life issues. We came to the bowling alley to hopefully bring some cheer to them and the lady up front was friendly, kind, cheerful, understanding and really helped make our night a special one. I'm hopeful she will get some special recognition because everyone should be so lucky to have an employee like her. The manager rudely slammed a sign down in front of our face when we walked up to ask for a glass of water and the bartender seemed completely irritated that we even entered his space which was unfortunate thus the low review. 1/24/24 (Wednesday) 8:30pm Only bowling alley in our area, luckily it's a great one!! No wait @ 8:30 for a party of 4. $69 after tip for four people for up to 3 hours on a lane. We stayed for just over 1.5 hours. $17.25 a person for shoes, 3 hours on a lane, and water. A great deal! Lanes were roughly half occupied at this time, beware however that weekends and holidays get extremely busy with up to a few hour wait on a lane. You can play your own music if you pay, which sadly means some of the songs played aren't so great Perfect date night idea, or way to kill boredom. I went to FLB and was having a good time until the bowling machine malfunctioned and damaged my ball. It sat in the machine for almost 30 minutes before they were able to get it out, leaving white gouges and bumps on the surface. I was told they would look into whether my ball could be fixed and that someone would call me with an update -- but I never received a call. I ended up having to follow up myself. The phone just rang for minutes with no answer, and it took three tries before someone at the front desk finally picked up. When they did, I was told they couldn't fix my ball and wouldn't be doing anything about it. I remember when FLB had excellent customer service, active leagues, and a friendly, family-focused atmosphere. Sadly, that level of care seems to be gone. If you bring your own ball, be cautious -- their equipment is old and may damage it. read more

We had our kids' end of season bball party here at FLB. If only I got his name, it seems like he was part of senior management but he was super welcoming. Everything went so smooth from the booking process with Melissa to the actual pizza party and bowling. The music was on point and we got to be the DJ with our phone! The extra bowling features from guard rails, bowling ramp for kids, lane lights, cool screen features picture tiles backgrounds, and clean venue had us sold. We had a table set up in a very nice area our parents and their little bball league really enjoyed the nice and spacious mingling area we had reserved and the pizzas were delicious. They have an arcade area and bar as well with all friendly staff. We need to come back here seasonally now! read more

Okay, let me just start by saying that I haven't gone out since I had my last baby and that was back in 2023, so maybe the service industry has changed. But since when is it the customer's responsibility to wipe up spills? My sister accidentally knocked our very full drink on to the bowling alley floor and when I let the first staff member I saw know what had happened, he said "No problem, I'll let the guys with the mop know". So we waited a few minutes, and when no one showed up, my sister walked up to the counter and let the guy behind the counter know that she had accidentally spilled her drink, but that no one had come to clean it up yet. He said "No problem." Then handed her a stack of towels. Okay, sure i guess. I mean we DID make the mess, so we'll clean it up. But then when she went back to let him know it might still be a little slippery, all he did was hand her more towels! They never even checked to make sure it was cleaned up properly, someone could have slipped and fallen! Plus when we got there at 630, it was SUPER empty, but they still put us right next to the only crowded lane, even making the other people move out of their seats. There were plenty of other parties of two that arrived at 7, they could have staggered in out so we weren't sitting in strangers laps. Oh, and there was something wrong with the ball return, so our balls kept getting stuck, and none of the employees seemed to be in much of a hurry to fix it. We only had the lane booked for an hour and we lost some of our bowling time waiting for them to fix our lane and cleaning up. Definitely do not recommend this place. read more

This is our go-to place for family fun! We had our son's birthday party here a couple of years ago and just recently when our family came to visit from out of town, we came here for a fun family day. There's plenty of activities to keep kids and teens entertained, while adults enjoy some beverages and conversation. We were fortunate enough to have Lauren as our sales associate each time we've visited and she was always friendly, attentive and took great care of us! We checked out FLB for the first time spontaneously on Saturday! We were with friends and decided to go bowling while out and about. Upon entering, it's just like any other bowling place even though it felt smaller than some. We placed our names on the waitlist and the guy at the counter said it would be about an hour or so. We went into the lounge area and found a seat at the bar. The bartender was friendly and got us our drinks quickly. They have pool tables as well as maybe darts - I vaguely remember seeing some. They used to have casino card tables, but I was told they changed some stuff around. I ordered some nachos while we waited as well and they were decent - just cheese and jalapenos so nothing too fancy. Our lane was ready about an hour or so later just like the guy said and they charged us by the hour rather than how many games we played. It was a bit crowded, had to share our table and area with another group that had a bit too much to drink by the time we joined them. Overall, the place was clean, service was friendly and we had a great time. We would probably be back the next time we are in the Folsom area! read more

Maybe she needs more money I don't know but some of her conversations were very uncomfortable to listen to...
