We were welcomed by friendly staff, who quickly got all 8 kids their bowling shoes and set us up on 2 lanes. They asked if we needed any accommodations like the bumper or a kids ramp. We accepted both and they had them ready on the lanes by the time we got the kids over there. The staff went above and beyond to make this little girls bowling party special. The kids all had a blast bowling. The staff brought over a large pizza, a basket of wings and fries free of charge. What a treat for the kids. We ordered some of their Funnel cake fries which comes with chocolate sauce. Yes you read that right Funnel cake fries they were so yummy. I want to go back so I can order these again. And my grandson loves French fries so much I bought another small order for him and a few drinks for all of us. I haven't been bowling in years. When we take our grandkids back again Bowlero North Sacramento has my business for life. They offer 50 bowling lanes, WOW that's a lot of lanes and a variety of bowling ball sizes if you do not have your own. They have a cafe to buy food & drinks, and a good size arcade with a variety of games. They do offer other amenities but we didn't use them. The bowling, arcade and bathroom were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. Prices were good for bowling and the food. They do suggest you make reservations online to guarantee your lanes and party size. They also offer a variety of party packages online. Come check them out.

We ordered food and after paying for it I noticed there was a $2.99 charge for Aquafina Water which we did not order/get. The server said they ran out of bottled water but still had to charge us for the water. I've never heard of anyone charging you for a cup of water from a soda fountain machine? Bring your own water next time. Aside from that the food was good for a bowling alley. Plenty of parking.

There aren't many bars around that combine drinks with classic arcade games, so it's refreshing to have a place where you can do both in one spot. They have a great variety of games to choose from--everything from classic fighting games and Pac-Man to Guitar Hero and pinball. I also really love the extras like the photo booth and air hockey, which add to the fun and make it easy to spend more time there with friends. It's strictly 21+ (not a bar and grill situation), which is honestly a plus--no kids running around. You do have to head down a set of stairs to get inside, so just be mindful if you're wearing heels. There's also a security check at the entrance where they verify IDs before letting you in. The place is almost always packed, especially on weekends. Because of that, I usually don't stay too long when it's crowded since it can start to feel a bit claustrophobic. Drinks are reasonably priced and taste fine--no real complaints there--but when it's busy, you definitely have to squeeze your way in to catch a bartender's attention. I've never had a bad experience here when going with friends, and it's generally a fun time in a group. That said, I'm not sure how enjoyable it would be if you were solo drinking, as the vibe really leans toward social, high-energy hangouts. Still, a fun spot with a cool concept that's worth checking out.

I had a very uncomfortable and disappointing experience at this store today…read more I saw two Xbox games priced the same -- one with a clean case but no disc inside, and another with a disc but a damaged case. Since there was no sign indicating that discs are kept behind the counter, l reasonably assumed the disc was missing and placed it into the better case. Instead of calmly explaining their policy, the employee immediately responded in an aggressive and disrespectful way, telling me to "put that shit back." Only afterward did he explain that the discs are kept at the counter - something that should have been clearly communicated to customers in the first place. A simple explanation would have avoided the entire situation. Being spoken to like that was unnecessary, unprofessional, and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. What made this even more upsetting was reading another customer's review describing how staff openly discussed taking advantage of a child who unknowingly brought in a rare Galaxy 3DS XL and traded it for a regular 3DS -- which is far less valuable. Instead of informing the child of what he had, they reportedly took advantage of the situation and even bragged about it afterward.Seeing behavior like that toward a kid is honestly disturbing and unethical. After experiencing the rude treatment myself, it's hard to believe this was an isolated incident. On top of all of this, many of the games and consoles here are significantly overpriced compared to other stores. This is especially concerning for beginners or casual gamers who may not yet know typical market values. Between the aggressive customer service, lack of clear communication, unethical behavior, and high prices, this is not a store I would return to or recommend. (l've attached a screenshot of that review for reference.)

Today is the 2nd time I have been here & the employees who helped me are very professional, helpful, and courteous. If you were selling anything here they are meticulous however they do pay more than other places. Example: I sold some fighting PS2 games here and was paid about $5 each game where as places like The Cave would have paid $1. This place is a gamer's paradise plus holy Grail for the hard to find game(s) *see picture of a PS2 game in my review. I definitely would recommend all gamers or just anybody shopping or selling to try this place first before going anywhere else especially places like GameStop.
