My husband was already to play, but learned he'd have to buy a card to play and the instructions weren't that clear on how to put the exact amount of money in the card just to play one game. If they allowed you to put cash in or even use a credit card we would have been all over it. I'm really sad the we didn't get to play. There is also a prize counter that we didn't exams closely.

I was just trying to get a quick question answered. The customer service was unprofessional and disrespectful. Management really needs to address the attitude of the front desk staff. Guests deserve basic courtesy and respect. If I could, I would give them a half a star.

Someone also needs to work on the landscape as it's over run by weeds. The room is dated. We do like it for the size and location. It doesn't have an odd smell to it. It doesn't smell old or stale so that is good. It is a very good size room. The 2 queen option was cheaper then the king do we got it. The downside of the room is they don't have a loveseat or couch to sit and watch tv. They do have a single desk chair. The gym is good, we didn't use it, but it is a good size and many pieces of equipment. They even have a recumbent bike which my husband loves. They have one restaurant on site. A diner of sorts that serves all day long. Including bottomless mimosas for brunch, happy hour tacos, and a special $19.99 or approximately priced prime rib dinners. We've eaten there. Nothing special, but works. For us location really matters. We want to be close to the Heavenly village and South of North.

On top of that, they charge a $25 parking fee, an additional resort fee, and the casino slots felt extremely tight. To make matters worse, the elevator wasn't working, which made getting around the property even more frustrating. When you're already paying resort and parking fees, you expect better service, functioning facilities, and an overall experience that feels worth the money. Unfortunately, that wasn't my experience here. Overall, very disappointing and not a place I would be in a hurry to return to.

Then once you get in the theater, get your snax, and start to go past the ticket checker to access the theaters, ask them to validate. With the computer pad they have right there, they'll take your number and validate you on the spot -- giving you three hours of free parking.
