They have some nice brands as well, like Buyer's Choice figurines, Christopher Radko ornaments and an extensive doll collection. Half of the space is a store and the other half is a small luncheonette. I wish that I hadn't already eaten lunch because I would have liked to have tried the food here. Sandwiches, soups, pie...all served at cute little cafe tables. I just can't stop thinking about the ice cream sundae ornament that I should have purchased so I will have to return soon!

I found this beautiful driftwood with a blown glass bowl which they could probably put anything in it and use as a center piece. Totally happy with the find! Overall Service: The guy in here was very helpful and pointed out several different items that he thought would make a perfect gift. Then we took the trolley and started to roll it out and they freaked out and said we couldn't do that. Then we had to stand there and wait and some man walked over (which is fine but it was really hostile and awkward) and they said to pull the car up. They continued to tell other employees how we tried to take the trolley in some sort of disbelief as if they told us but they never did. Super rude and unclear about policies. A 15 pound table on a trolley won't kill anyone so don't yell at customers for trying to take it out when you didn't try to do it yourself in the first place.

There were only a few guests in front of me in line and the line grew behind me as there was only one cashier who was processing a credit card application. This poor cashier kept calling for backup and no one arrived for at least 20 mins. Meanwhile people in line put things down and left as they could no longer wait. Finally when cashiers did arrive the crowd erupted in cheers and the staff could have cared less. When I mentioned the wait was too long I was told by the nasty cashier "Well I'm here now". Not sure who owns the store but your "managers" need to be trained on how to properly run a store because they are horrible.

I bought a chair that was on sale for $899, lovely chair... no one offered to help transport to my SUV! Just took my credit card and gave me a receipt and walked away! They have their loyal shoppers and this may be all they need and/or care about..but if I were them, I'd think about all those shoppers who walk out because of their rudeness!
