The Total Force Military and Outdoor Sale on Tobacco Road outside of Ft Eisenhower gate 5. This establishment is a trophy and engraving shop also, a military supply store and dry cleaners all in one. They have been serving the Augusta's military community for at least 30 years. I visited today to have some trophies engraved, after a short wait the receptionists asked how she could help, I explained that I need three trophies engraved, she took my order and completed it while I waited. Would NOT recommend this place!! My husband went in to have his navy dress whites dry cleaned and to put patches on. We got them back with awful railroad lines all over!! How can they even give this uniform back to the customer looking like this?! Very unprofessional, sloppy, and took an unnecessarily long time to do. Not to mention, it was extremely difficult to iron out the lines myself, even with a higher heat setting (even though it's supposed to be a low setting because of the fabric). We're very disappointed with this establishment. Best to take your business elsewhere. read more

Not responsive to emails. Tried to show them what we wanted and they disregarded my request and sent us several expensive plaques that are from a different unit. I would highly encourage looking elsewhere for military plagues/colors. They also don't accept responsibility for obvious mistakes. I heard they used to be a good company. read more

I am not sure how this place has such a high rating. I am new to the area and was told to come here to get my uniforms taken care of. When I was in to pick up my uniform I watched one of the employees belittling a customer, literally throw his ticket back at him because he came in 20 minutes before his four o'clock pickup time. Who would think a sew shop would bitterly wait until the last minute to get their jobs done, sloppy. Their selection is lacking and unimpressive for being a "go to" spot for service members in the area. I ended up ordering from General Jackson's online and had my items in a couple days. I will go out of my way to stay away from Total Force and recommend anyone to use any other place. Stop using them because they are all that's here. Find another way and maybe this company will figure out how to fix their customer service. I would say this was a onetime occurrence but with the way the lady handled her self and how the customer took it seemed like this is business as usual. read more

Needed alterations, saw the Google reviews and decided to give it a try. Ashley was rude upon entrance of the store. I even asked how she was doing and she continue to ask me "How can I help you" but the ladies that measured me were helpful and welcoming. I'm very particular about greetings and first impressions when experiencing new services. If it had not been for the alteration team, I would have left and took my items else where. read more

Very rude employees. I walked in and was immediately met with attitude from the lady in the front. Explained that I need a pair of ASU pants hemmed. The lady who hemmed was fine but even as I checked out was met with attitude again. I will just travel the extra distance next time. They're convenient because they're right out the gate but lack in customer service. read more

The engraving side is phenomenal! I have had to deal with them on so many occasions for plaques for our BN and going away gifts. They are true professionals, courteous and punctual. They went out of their way each time to help me. Out of my 11 years in service this is the best place I have found for engraving etc. Ms. Jackie and her co-worker are superb! read more

I've had mostly positive experiences for dry cleaning, although every once in awhile they will put way too much starch on my dress shirts. However, I went in this week for ASU alterations and it was pretty awful. The lady doing my alterations was so incredibly rude; it was my first time putting this set of ASUs together, so she kept talking down to me the entire time (maybe she thought I was a Private?). She also literally rolled her eyes at me and at one point laughed in my face when I asked a question. I ended up only having my pants hemmed, but once everything I ordered online arrives I will be trying the alteration place on post. I was once a loyal customer, but nothing about my experience that day makes me want to come back. Also, in the same visit I picked up uniforms that I had previously dropped off to have everything sewn on and the rank on my PC was blatantly crooked. When I pointed it out they wouldn't fix it until I pulled up the army regulation. I'm very disappointed, once again will not be back. read more

Do not even bother wasting your money. Just pay a little extra and buy something online. Had a huge order I requested put in back early summer 2021, it took them 3 months just to put the order in....not for it to get it shipped, they hadn't even ordered it even though I called them every week asking about it. Then when I got the order it was incorrect, they told me the wrong sizes for two plaques. Initially they were nice and offered to exchange it for no cost since I sent them the email proving they told me incorrectly. Now two months later they say they never told us the wrong sizes and it's on us to pay a restocking fee that is $15 per item. Took them two months to even tell us that! And then the owner was rude as hell after we explained the situation. I wouldn't work with the again if my life depended on it. Seriously terrible and frustrating to deal with, absolutely do not recommend! read more

Be careful when dropping items off here. Dropped items Monday 11/06 around 10:30 a.m. They were to be ready two days later by 4 p.m. I go at 5 pm on the specified date 11/08 they are not done. I return Thursday at 11 a.m on 11/09 only the pants are done. The rest were still not ready until after 4 p.m. and they wanted to still charge the same amount even though the are a day late delivering my items. Manager has no reason why it's late placed blame on the pressers. Not acceptable at all! read more

This is a great place to get your rank, patch, name tape, etc... is cheaper and faster than the PX on post. Even if you get the modifications or name tape "rush" ordered it still cheaper than get it done on post. read more

It's always a pleasure to go into this building. They are super friendly and the dry cleaning is cheap if you pay in advance at a rate of 15% off. It's not much but everything counts. You'll get your items back in 2 days. Let's be honest no one does 24 hour turnaround unless your in a major city. read more

my aunt cracked the glass in a picture frame and it was a non-standard size, impossible to find off the shelf. the guy at the shop cut glass to size while I waited, and the price was so low that I don't even want to say what he charged me. friendly, really nice people, I'll be back! read more
