These guys are super stars! A friend of mine was getting married and for every wedding that she has gone to she had a handkerchief embroidered with the bride's new initials--so, naturally, I wanted to do the same for her. I found the perfect handkerchief and all I needed was to find a place to get it done. I called around town and was told that because of the delicate fabric it would nearly be impossible to get done short of finding a little old lady that could hand sew. I mean, that is literally what one person told me. After panicking a bit (Where does my friend get it done? Who knows? I couldn't have asked though without stirring up her suspicion.) some kind person directed me here. Praise the Lamb, because they had me bring in the handkerchief to take a look at it and even though they had all the industrial machines in the back (I got a grand tour because I needed to pick out the perfect string colors--I didn't take pictures... because, well, it would have been odd. But believe me, they have half a million color options and the wall the colors are hung on is beautiful to look at) my handkerchief was done with care somewhere else. The staff were so very friendly. They treated me like an old friend and we were on the hunt for the perfect color combination for the embroidery. I really appreciated the time that they took and the kindness they showed my frazzled brain. My experience was with a small order and it was amazing the detail, I can only imagine how great of a job they do on larger products and orders. read more

Went to this establishment to seek information about ordering shirts. I approached the customer service window and was greeted by a couple of children with "what do you need". As I began to speak an older gentlemen and a young lady came from other areas of the building somewhat aggressively. At that time the young lady apologized for herself and the older gentleman bombarding us (The words that she used). the older gentlemen was starring at my husband and I as if we weren't suppose to be there or maybe what did we want. Stitches Unlimited will never receive my business based on this visit to this establishment. They don't deserve this one star. read more

Stitches is wonderful for me. I have had great service a dozen times there since starting to use them. They treat you like you matter. The staff from front to back is just wonderful. Please consider using them for your needs for embroidery. Large or small orders are all welcomed there. Nice folks. read more

Casey and her team were absolutely amazing! They helped pull off a miracle! With them being thousands of miles away, they were able to handle the job no problem!! No one's perfect.

First time I called I was told to call back and ask for the tech, Frank. I called back later and…read moreasked for him and they refused to let me speak to him and said they would give him the info and they would call me back. After three days, no return call. I called back and told them of my experience and the lady I spoke to that day (Sharon) said she would have Frank call me back. He called and left a message for me to call back, I called back and again the lady that answered tried to refuse for me to talk to him. Finally, they put me through. Frank and I talked, great guy, very willing to help... he and I agreed I would bring my part in for him to see if he could fix it. I brought the part in and again, the lady (the manager) was being difficult that they had to have my machine etc. I told her the agreement Frank and I made (that he would try to fix that particular part and if he could I would then bring in my machine to be serviced). Then the manager told me I would have to pay a $30 deposit. Now why am I paying a deposit when they have my part... of course, I can't get the part back without paying for it. Needless to say I told her I was done with their company and would never use them again. Nothing but a manager and some staff impossible to deal with (rude etc) and asking for deposit when I clearly cannot walk out without paying once repair of part was made. The only two people I spoke to at that company that knew how to deal with customers was Sharon and Frank.

During this visit, my 14-year-old daughter needed to use the restroom. Upon exiting, my 14-year-old daughter was approached by security who accused her of smoking marijuana in the bathroom. My daughter called my wife, and when she arrived, my wife informed the security personnel that our daughter is only 14 and does not smoke at all. My wife then granted security permission to search and smell our daughter to prove that she could not have been the one smoking weed, which would have resolved the allegations immediately. However, instead of hearing my wife's words and conducting a proper investigation, the security staff insisted that my wife and family leave the mall, which was incredibly humiliating for them. After my family was unjustly removed, my wife called the police to document the incident. The two officers who responded stated that security should have simply used their sense of smell rather than making assumptions. This incident has left my daughter traumatized, having been falsely accused and unable to demonstrate that she neither smoked nor had any scent of marijuana on her. This was a deeply distressing experience for my family, and there needs to be accountability or compensation for the humiliation and trauma inflicted on my daughter. I request that these two individuals offer my daughter an apology for their error, or I will be compelled to pursue legal action, as this situation is entirely unacceptable

Pick a bin and start diving in to see what goods you can find. There are 12-15 bins placed throughout the store, so people are not stuck or bunch up together. - Friday and Saturday is when new inventory is loaded onto the bins - Wednesday is $2.00 day. Every item is $2.00 - Thursday is clearance day (which I think everything in the bin is $1.00) - Thursday has limited hours from 10 am - 2 pm because they clear out each bin each week. Items in the bin vary each week. I recommend checking their Facebook page because they announce the highlights that will be placed into the bin. Warning: There are no returns or exchanges on the item you purchase. I recommend checking it thoroughly. I recommend bringing hand sanitizer or gloves. The items in the bin have been handled by many people. I recommend washing your hands thoroughly when you get home.
