She would tell me every week that my frame would be in in 3 days, once she tracked it and said it would be there in the next 3 days, then she said it had to be hand made, then it came without the glass. All of this was with my reaching out to her. when i ordered the frame i was give a price of 199 and then 225 by her. when I picked it up after making fruitless trips there thinking it was ready, I paid 248.00. Not to mention when it was first restored and delivered to her to frame it was cut wrong and had to be reprinted. so 3 months later it is back in my possession and she will not ever get an opportunity to do this to me again.
