She would tell me every week that my frame would be in in 3 days, once she tracked it and said it would be there in the next 3 days, then she said it had to be hand made, then it came without the glass. All of this was with my reaching out to her. when i ordered the frame i was give a price of 199 and then 225 by her. when I picked it up after making fruitless trips there thinking it was ready, I paid 248.00. Not to mention when it was first restored and delivered to her to frame it was cut wrong and had to be reprinted. so 3 months later it is back in my possession and she will not ever get an opportunity to do this to me again. Very unprofessional! Previous owner was not like this.

However, since we had heard so many great comments from various new neighbors that we have met, we decided to give it a try. And we are VERY glad we did! We found exactly what we wanted - and it was on sale! Michelle, the owner, was extremely helpful and knowledgable. The icing on the cake was that when she said they could deliver at the end of the week I said I would come back with our SUV to get the piece we bought because we really wanted it for our company coming the next day. Michelle then called her delivery guys who were on their lunch break and told them to come back for another delivery! We left the store and 10 minutes after we got home, they delivered our chair. Talk about going above and beyond!

Amazing Service & Quality -- Highly Recommend!…read more I cannot thank Vinyl Tyme enough for the amazing job they did printing all of my workplace hoodies and T-shirts! From start to finish, they went above and beyond to make sure everything was exactly how we wanted it. A HUGE thank you to Jenna, who worked closely with me throughout the entire process. She was incredibly patient, accommodating, and understanding, especially when I had to make last-minute changes and additions as people continued sending in their requests. She made the entire process so much easier and never made me feel like I was asking for too much. I also want to give a special thank you to her manager, who was just as wonderful! They went out of their way to accommodate our large order, work within our tight timeline, and coordinate pickup to make everything as convenient as possible. Not only did they rush our order, but they made sure every hoodie and T-shirt came out exactly as requested. The quality, attention to detail, communication, and customer service were outstanding. They have great prices especially if you put in a bulk order. I truly appreciate all the hard work, flexibility, and extra effort they put into making this happen. What could have been a stressful process turned into such a great experience thanks to their team. If you're looking for a shop that genuinely cares about its customers and takes pride in its work, I highly recommend Vinyl Tyme. I will absolutely be coming back for future orders. Thank you again, Jenna and the entire Vinyl Tyme team.
