About two years ago I had my TAG watch cleaned here because it would intermittently run slowly and replacing the battery didn't help. About six months ago, it again started to run slowly so I brought it back. Paul remembered I had it cleaned here and offered to resolve the problem. I won't go into the details, but I will say Paul took _VERY_ good care of me and stood by his work. I've read the single negative review here about the watch battery. The person did not even go back to see what could have been done. Based on my experiences with Paul, I imagine he would have written a positive review instead if he had.

I certainly was not going to have him repair it. I've had gold items repaired for much less. I was in Stratford and saw MJs, I figured I would get a price on the repair. They were very friendly and accommodating. I expected that I would have been given an estimate that was equivalent to the prior jeweler (I assumed he was being HONEST with me). They took one look at the bracelet and said it would cost $35 and they would only need two days. The repair was pretty extensive; the clasp and the link were worn and needed to be seemed and rebuilt structurally. That price brought a huge smile to my face. I was so happy there are some honest people still out there, that was so reassuring, (Obviously. I was pretty upset with the prior Jewler, he simply was stealing my money).
