The customer service you find at this company is so exceptional, their Trumbull location closed down. So, reiterate- if you're looking to experience sub-par service coupled with the ranging between stellar (Britney and Polly) to abysmal (Omar) take your chance and give it a shot. Just remember that they open later than the other stores. MUCH later, and about 15% of what Omar tells you is the truth. The other 85%...not so much.
