But, we stopped in and bought a couple of pieces and hopefully got a good deal. Pro tip: The staff here will adjust the bands for you for free! This is a valuable service, especially on difficult bands like the metal stretch bands which are hard to modify.

Timex.com has the worst customer support I have experienced in a long time…read more I placed an order on 9/13/2019 for in-stock items and they never shipped my order. The merchant's published policy on their website states that orders ship out within 1-2 days and I placed the order with that belief, which has turned out to be false advertising. Upon contacting their customer service on multiple occasions, they did not have any information for me about my order shipping out. 10 days later, I had to file a chargeback claim with my credit card. About two years ago I had my TAG watch cleaned here because it would intermittently run slowly and replacing the battery didn't help. About six months ago, it again started to run slowly so I brought it back. Paul remembered I had it cleaned here and offered to resolve the problem. I won't go into the details, but I will say Paul took _VERY_ good care of me and stood by his work. I've read the single negative review here about the watch battery. The person did not even go back to see what could have been done. Based on my experiences with Paul, I imagine he would have written a positive review instead if he had.
