I've been going to Ruby's for all of my jewelry and watch needs since they opened up shop. They have never steered me wrong. When it came time for me to look at engagement rings, I brought the family ring my mother gave me to Wayne and Amy to get their advice. I know nothing about diamonds or rings. It's such a pleasure to shop in an environment that is filled with a knowledgeable staff that takes the time to make their customers knowledgeable as well! There are pieces to suit every budget and every taste. But the thing that I like the most is how they take their time to make sure that you are comfortable with your purchase. I brought in a piece of jewelry to get a new setting. I was escorted to a microscope and shown a flaw that I didn't know existed. The flaw made it clear that a new setting wasn't really worth my money. They could have just given me the new setting, but they wanted to be sure I knew what I was getting - even if it meant that they weren't going to be making a sale that day.
