My husband's dish did not have any bruschetta sprinkled on top, only one lonely piece of tomato. While it was good it was not as it was described by our server so it was a little disappointing. The meal that was originally reviewed was on the occasion of my daughter's graduation that evening. It is for that reason that I did not address my concerns with management at that time. Again, there were great things about the meal, but the details made it a less than enjoyable experience, especially at a place that presents as delivering an elevated dining experience. My call- out is this; there seem only two reasons why they would not respond in some fashion to a negative Yelp review and at least offer an explanation or apology. The first would be that they are oblivious to the impact that social media can have on a business and they just don't attend to it. The second would be that they are aware, but just don't care enough or feel that they are above addressing concerns. Either way, it doesn't bode well for a business operating in the age of social. Let me be clear, it's not about getting a comped meal or a free dessert...I would not return anyway.
