I wish I took a photo of the lent menu. Two of the fish options were listed at $16. Icelandic Cod with in a bun or a dish with slaw and another side of your choice. Yet on the menu there is a fish sandwich for $3 less and one side choice. That's what I wanted. I didn't want the roll or the double sides. I was told I couldn't have that because it's a different fish. Yet all named the same. Then I was told it was different seasoning. They added in that the sizes were different. All the fish comes in frozen and ready for the fryer. And they did not order that particular sandwich size. But would they have that size on Saturday? Since the lent menu would be done? I call bull on all of that and should have been able to get what I wanted on the menu. I opted for the cowboy burger that was okay. The bun was a bit air stale. No flavor to the burger at all. Bagged chips. Would have hoped for homemade since they had 3 different fries to choose from. The other party with me had the boneless wings. They were good! Will I go back? Yes. Not getting the fish. Too much of a hassle.

Since…read moremoving to Beaver county 4 months ago I have been surrounded by pizza joints and bar & grilles serving pub grub, pizza and wings, and that's fine, but sometimes you just want good home cooked style meals and i finally found it here at the Grand Valley Inn. I have driven by a few dozen times now and have always noticed a very full parking lot whenever they were open. Now I know why. My family and I stopped for dinner and quickly settled into a booth among lots of locals filling up the dining room next to the bar. The place was busy and most all tables were full, even the side dining room that seemed to be hosting some sort of game night as well. after a few short minutes we ordered and then were blessed with a basket of the world's best and freshest dinner rolls. To say they were pillow soft would do them an injustice. I also ordered the spinach artichoke dip with fry bread chips as well as deep fried mozzarella sticks for my son. The dip was fantastic and the frybread was the perfect vehicle to get it from the bowl to my mouth. Mozzarella sticks were just o.k, nothing special but a solid appetizer. My wife ordered the chicken picatta which she loved and I went with the weekly special of Danish baby back bbq ribs with waffle cut sweet potato fries. The ribs were amazing, so tender and yes fall off the bone delicious. The fries were perfect as well. Overall the service was good even with a very busy dining room. The food was very good, everything was home cooked from scratch and the prices were very good for what you got, especially the daily special prices, Aloha

Ambiance-needs an upgrade, get rid of the fake flowers and greenery, too much dust. But the food outshines the outdated look.

The food is always INCREDIBLE, the menu stays fresh and interesting, and you can tell how much care goes into every dish. They update it almost every week!!! But keep the classics. The service is just as good, and the atmosphere is perfect for a date night or a nice dinner. Definitely one of the best restaurants in Beaver County. Always looking forward to my next meal here. Their menu changes seasonally, and it currently lists food such as fries, Cuban sandwich, chicken-tortilla soup, tagliatelle, flat-iron steak, and Hokkaido scallops. I met a friend here for one dinner. The setting was more on the casual side rather than fine dining. (I wore jeans and a blouse.) I have eaten authentic foods in South America, Central America, and the Caribbean, and I thought that the menu was slightly influenced by these regions. The waitress and waiter spoke nicely with us. Our dinner that included a BYO wine (with a $5 charge per person), appetizer, entree, and dessert lasted 1 hour and 45 minutes. The foods had strong flavors, and we both enjoyed everything that we ate. For appetizers, my friend and I shared the Crispy Brussels Sprouts, which also contained carrots, pecans, and a dressing, and the Hot Low Country Crab Dip, which contained a good amount of crab meat and was served with crunchy toast. For entrees, I ate the Cutler-cove Salmon, which was accompanied with asparagus, potatoes, and a spicy jerk sauce and habanero purée, and my friend ate the Arugula Salad, which contained fresh arugula, baby carrots, goat cheese, olives, and hot honey. For dessert, I ate the Kentucky Bourbon Cheesecake, which was topped with pecans, caramel, and whipped cream, and my friend ate the Maple Panna Cotta with raspberries.
