I went for the "flirtatious girl" look because I love my lash extensions but like them for every day work wear so I do not want them too full. She did them perfectly and custom shape to my eyes and taste! Now I am a regular lash extension enthusiast so I get my fills regularly every 2-3 weeks for pretty much ever. That response speaks for itself. Professional businesses address customer feedback, even when it's negative. They don't deflect, speculate about who wrote it, or publicly accuse others. The fact that you chose to do so only reinforces the concerns about professionalism, discretion, and business conduct that were described in the original review. Mitali is probably the only person I trust with my eyebrows. It took me forever to find someone I feel safe with and give full reign over how my eyebrows should look. She is such an amazing genuine person and always has the biggest smile on her face and that's why I go out of my way to go to her and her only to get anything i need done. (I live in Jefferson park worth the drive.) She knows I come in only on Fridays and if she for some reason is not going into work she contacts me to let me know ahead of time and keeps the shop open a little longer so that she can take care of me. I've only been going to her for 7 months but she officially has me for life. She is the perfectionist I have always needed. read more

I came because my friends suggested that I get my eyebrows and my lip threaded. I usually get waxed because it is usually painful and this time not so much. After I stepped into the threading House I realize I was going to get much more than just threading. The place is just fancy enough without being over the top. It's clean, bright, and easy to find. I was happy that Mitali had time to take me without an appointment. The bonus was when she finished I got a mini-facial message with some cooling gel. Wow!! I guess it is the little things that make the biggest impression. Thanks again I'll be coming back soon. read more

The threading studio is an excellent choice for eyebrow threading! The staff is exceptionally friendly and dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction with the final outcome. I typically experience a wait of less than 5 minutes when I walk in. The interior is impeccably clean, and they maintain the stations consistently. They also have a punch card system which is fantastic where you get your 10th one free! So don't forget to ask for one of these when you go in. The cost for eyebrow threading is $15, and it's truly a worthwhile it! read more
