He provided an on-site estimate and reterminated the telephone cables to data the same day. His quote was comparable to others I reached out to. I felt more comfortable going with Michael because I was able to look up his license at the CSLB. I now have ethernet at my home office thanks to Michael. I wish I had him reterminate the other cables while he was here, because I would definitely hire him again once I get around to finding out what I want to do with the other telephone jacks at my home.

I had AT&T internet. It wasn't good. And when they started raising the prices for four months…read morestraight until it was well over 100 a month (like 125?) I had had enough. Enough of the interference, of the cutting out regularly, internet going off so I had to reset it all the time, all of it. So, I already had Metro phone service, so I went over to a local store to ask about their internet. I was helped by a guy named ACE. And he definitely was "aces" in my book. After being abused by AT&T and Verizon (I won't even GO to one of their stores anymore), I was really welcomed by Metro PCS. Ace explained all about the device, how to hook it up and all that. He programmed it for me, arranged auto payment for me--and I was out the door for only $65 dollars which included a service charge, but now I'm paying only $45 a month for TERRIFIC internet service. $40 with auto pay!! Ace was also on hand for any followup questions I had, but there were none. He did a GREAT job. I brought it home, plugged it in, did a few easy things on the computer, and I'm good to go. So far so good with Metro PCS. And if you go to the store in San Pedro, CA, ask for ACE. You won't be disappointed.

I had no service there…read moreso having good wifi was crucial, however I had the router in my office and we had a bunch of dead zones throughout the property. The wifi was spotty in the kitchen or outside so if I was on a wifi call and walked outside my call would start cutting out.
