We had fun seeing all the different food items on the conveyor belt. Obviously, there were different kinds of sushi, but we also liked the marinated cucumber and popcorn chicken. The portion of cheesecake on the conveyor belt was just right too. The plates are color coded to indicate price. We had limited time so we came close to opening and placed a to-go order. Those are specific combos of rolls and a soda. No big deal ..service was fast and friendly. While waiting I noticed all the sushi stacked 2 containers high in the conveyor belt...so plenty of sushi...but just going around and around and nobody but us was in the restaurant shortly past opening. It made me wonder what happens to all of the sushi throughout the day and also made us not want to come back later (daughter hadn't had a conveyor belt experience but confident she doesn't want one now!). The other off-putting thing was the sushi was quite warm...warmer than I've ever had. I don't think the rice was cooled much and they sacrificed quality for speed. For a conveyer belt, the food is good!! I have no complaints about the freshness as the chefs were constantly putting new things out and there were only a couple plates I noticed that were there for more than 15 minutes. The place has good music and it's very cherry in here! The worker was also very nice! It's a little pricey but honestly it's worth it for how much you eat. Sadly after my friend and I got sick from the food. Not sure what it was- but I'm assuming it was something in the food. read more

I believe this is the only revolving sushi restaurant in all of the Tri-cities, so we wanted to check it out. Unfortunately, I think it was a pretty big fail. The whole place looks pretty divey as soon as you walk in. It's painted very bright and is mostly high-top bar-style seating. They have a couple of booths, which our party of 4 opted for, but they're so small that 2 people can't sit across from each other without their feet touching. The conveyer belt isn't properly refrigerated, so nearly all food was slightly warm which was a little unsettling. They even have mochi ice cream going around on it that's obviously melted. It's only a matter of time until someone gets sick here if they haven't already. All of the rolls we tried were pretty generic; some were alright, some were bad. Their pricing system is a little annoying to me as it's based on the color of the plate. Sorry, but 3 pieces of a rainbow roll is not worth $4.95 for a "purple" plate. I felt like we spent so much time looking at the menu just trying to figure out what something was that if was long passed. Other restaurants I've been so have things coming out in sections. Service was similar to any revolving restaurant where they come to refill your drink, but that's about it (and all I want, really). Overall, not worth the convenience of revolving sushi for somewhere like this. There are plenty of better sushi restaurants in the area. read more

Finally. There is a sushi place in the Tri Cities that doesn't stink. It's delicious. The rolls are big and the salmon is fresh. And it's cheap. I showed up during their grand opening and I couldn't believe how great it was. But. The place was empty. I am hopeful that the TC will be ready for this place and I am hopeful that it will work but o am sort of afraid that we won't support it. read more

We usually go there for lunch and love it! Their happy hr is a must. I'm rating their take out here. Today I decided to do take out. Boy that was a mistake. I ordered: yakisoba with chicken and shrimp but got yakisoba with veggies and no meat or shrimp (extra $ for shrimp). 1 tiger roll and 1 fire dragon roll instead I got half of tiger roll and a Cali roll. I also ordered 2 edamame and never got those. When I picked it up the lady read off my order and all sounded correct. When I got home it was all wrong. I called to see if they can at least refund me for the edamame and they said next time I'm in they won't charge me again or something like that. Okay I'm okay with that but I'm still very upset that I never got my order correct. All I ask is please double check and make sure everything's correct. It sucks when you pay extra for something you really enjoy and never get it. Im at fault here too....should have definitely double checked my bag before heading back home. Lesson learned. read more

Sashimi deluxe was just the pieces thrown loose into an oversized box (see picture). No wasabi or ginger. I tried the tuna first---immediately spit it out. Nasty old fish. For me this place was 'meh'. I ordered a Pasco Roll to go which was good and hit the spot, but also I have eaten in and was not impressed with things on the conveyor belt, 95% of the plates had the (probable) imitation crab salad incorporated in every kind of roll! It looks nice and seems fresh and the prep area is very clean, which is obviously important. The experience was fun though. Overall if you are wanting some really great rolls, don't eat off the belt. It is extremely awesome that they have happy hour everyday though... makes eating sushi affordable! So I do appreciate that. read more

Worst tempura I have ever had. The batter was heavy and thick and the vegetables were underdone. The shrimp were tiny. Don't serve tempura if this is what you put out. And the service is just ok. This is extremely poor sushi and they have been visited twice by the health department in the past few weeks and have received shocking report cards, not just kind of bad things to clean up, like the follow up visit was unbelievably filthy. Route 68 in Pasco is not an appropriate place to open up a train sushi restaurant. There is not enough turnover, hence their ridiculous happy hour prices for mediocre sushi that has sat out for a few hours on the train. All in all the rolls are not great and poorly constructed and I do not trust them based on the health department reports. See the picture I attached. Moreover, this restaurant appears to have fake reviews up for it and also appears to be writing fake reviews for a nearby competitor restaurant. I will not be going to sushi House ever again and will be reporting them to yelp for breaking the review policy. The troll Sushi House has writing fake reviews is now actually trolling me on Yelp for having reacted to his fake review. If you are at route 68 and want sushi, go to Nikko, not this dump. read more

Prior to eating here I had concerns about the authenticity of a couple odd reviews posted about this restaurant. After posting my review (below) I received a yelp "compliment" from the suspect reviewer accusing me of being the owner of a nearby highly rated sushi restaurant. Nope, I'm not. Just a patron who occasionally remembers to rate places we've been. But a very interesting accusation, huh? Like maybe that's their dirty little secret identity? These are some of the worst kind of violations for a sushi establishment. Do not risk your health! They are facing additional visits from the Health Dept. HEY! Let me start off by first saying, I rarely give out reviews. And why would I? Most of us are quick to tarnish the reputation of something if it's horrible, and hardly ever give praise when we've received exceptional service. This is one of the few exceptions where I will spend some serious time and thought to give a high recommendation for this business, simply because I want others to experience it as well. I have eaten sushi at dozens of restaurants in my life, ranging from venues all across the country (United States), at the most gourmet places you could go to. Some of which include: Hawaii, Alaska, California, Nevada, Colorado, New York, and Florida. But let me tell you, the quality of this place is out-standing! For the prices that you're getting (avg. ~$2.35 per plate), you simply cannot beat this restaurant. If you are a fan of fresh tuna or salmon, you will seriously not be disappointed. The slices are HUGE! The largest I've ever seen! And fresh! This restaurant makes you feel like a little child again as an automated and rotating carousel of fresh sushi comes whizzing past your face, just waiting for you to pick it up and enjoy it. If you have any personal requests, like ginger, wasabi, or a roll that isn't currently being rotated on the carousel, the chefs are more than happy to accommodate you in any fashion possible. They also have sauces left out for you to grab and use at any time. I STRONGLY recommend this place to any sushi-lover, and to re-iterate, the prices cannot be beat. Sushi House is our go-to restaurant when It comes to sushi. It is a simple restaurant that offers affordable sushi in small portions, two pieces of nigiri or 4 piece rolls, via conveyor belt. It is perfect for my husband and I because I like variety when it comes to sushi but I can't eat more than three regular sized rolls on my own. My hubby doesn't like fish but they have other menu options for those who don't care for sushi. He recommends the chicken yakisoba! I recommend the salmon nigiri. They always have it and it is a very generous amount of fish. Make sure you ask for some wasabi! We have visited during their happy hour and during evening hours between 7-9pm and have always had a good variety on the conveyor. If there is anything on the menu you would like but isn't on the conveyor they are fairly quick at making the dish for you. As for the staff they are all very friendly and remember us when we come in. They are very good at answering any questions you might have so don't be afraid to say anything. Whether it be one of the chefs or the wait staff they will help you. Finally as for price it is very affordable when it comes to sushi but they don't seem to skimp on quality. We don't know how they are staying open with their prices. I can't imagine they are making a huge profit. Either way we love the place and have yet to find any reason not to keep coming by. read more

Okay food. Horrible customer service. Missing items then argued with when I called to let them know that. One of my rolls taste like an unseasoned bowl of mayonnaise. Great price (inexpensive), but unfortunately you get what you pay for. PSA: If you want what comes naturally with sushi, which is ginger and wasabi, don't forget to request it!! Yes, I said request it. The restaurant is more concerned with catering to those who don't want it then those who think it's a staple of sushi eating. Guess anything to save a buck (or about 25 cents worth of wasabi and ginger, in this case). Lastly..... don't get the cheesecake. Mine felt like it had a frozen center. Hey, I'm all for some frozen cheesecake, but at least thaw it before you serve it. I'm all about life lessons. I guess a $29 lesson isn't too bad, but I really wish I stuck to my original thought, spent a few extra bucks and got sushi (with gratis ginger and wasabi).... from the competitor on Rd 68 (or even the supermarket prepackaged sushi). I loved this place, it was my go to. The prices were really good for what you got. Until recently it started turning into a hit or miss every-time i ordered. On this past occasion i got really bad sushi, like it had been handled with smelly gloves or had sat out all day. The taste was awful! I reached out to them to try to get my money back or at least a replacement. I was very polite and even offered to being the sushi back in to prove I wasn't lying. Instead i basically got a "sucks to suck" answer. Definitely do not recommend this place, when you have a 50-50 chance it'll be bad. read more

This place was terrible, workers coughing all over the place and had a full blown conversation yelling across the restaurant. One of the main guys with glasses was ducked down behind the counter texting and talking on the phone and at one point was digging for gold.
