Customer service is all over the phone and in other states, so no one really cares. We showed up to our storage unit to grab some items and the unit next to us was open and the wall was kicked down, leaning into our unit making it also accessible to get into ours. We called customer service to let them know and they weren't concerned. We said we would have to get our things out of storage if it wasn't going to be fixed and they said " well if you get it out before august you won't be charged" do not use this storage unless you want to constantly worry whether you're unit is safe.
